ることが甚だ困難となつた。 Conventionally, in the case of a type of burner in which the supplied fuel is turned into fine particles by a rotating body and sprayed around the entire circumference of the inner wall of the combustion cylinder, and the sprayed fuel is ignited with a spark plug to start combustion, the above-mentioned sprayed fuel is used. Since no technology has been considered to allow fuel to stay around the entire circumference of the inner wall of the combustion cylinder at the position where it is scattered, if a large amount of atomized fuel is scattered around the entire circumference of the inner wall of the combustion cylinder at the time of ignition combustion start, or the sprayed fuel If the scattering position of the ignition plug and the set position of the ignition plug do not match for some reason, it is inevitable that the atomized fuel will not be ignited by the ignition plug, and the unburned oil will end up on the bottom wall of the combustion cylinder ( In the case of a vertical burner) or the tip of the combustion tube (in the case of a horizontal burner), this can cause a fire, and also cause a malfunction in the ignition combustion to stabilize the combustion of the fuel supplied thereafter. It became extremely difficult to continue.

要な問題である。 Particularly in the case of a type of vaporizing burner that automatically shifts the supplied fuel from a raw combustion state to a vaporization combustion state, the generation of unburned oil mentioned above becomes a factor that inhibits the continuation of green flame combustion in the future. This is a very important problem to solve for burners whose main purpose is raw combustion and vaporizing burners whose main purpose is vaporized combustion.

いて説明する。 Therefore, in view of the above, the present invention provides an annular structure having a concave inner circumferential surface that allows the atomized fuel to swirl while remaining in the combustion cylinder, all around the inner wall of the combustion cylinder at the position where the fuel oil is sprayed in the form of fine particles. A fuel retention ring is provided, and the tip of the ignition plug is exposed in the concave part of the fuel retention ring, so that all the sprayed fuel is retained in the concave part of the fuel retention ring without flowing out to the outside. At the same time, the ignition plug ensures ignition and combustion, and the ignition combustion flame is forcibly swirled along the fuel retention ring to promote ignition and combustion of the entire atomized fuel. Not only does it prevent this from occurring, but it also ensures that unburned oil does not leak out to the bottom wall or the tip of the combustion cylinder, and promotes ignition combustion to ensure good raw combustion or vaporization over a long period of time. The present invention aims to provide a combustion promoting device for a burner that can continue combustion, and a preferred embodiment in which the configuration of the device of the present invention is applied to a vaporizing burner will be described below.

Reference numeral 20 denotes an annular ring which is arranged so that its inner circumferential surface is concave around the entire inner wall of the combustion cylinder 1 at a position where the fuel is sprayed in the form of fine particles from the fuel scattering end annular body 11 of the rotating body 7. The fuel retention ring 20 is a fuel retention ring, and the fuel retention ring 20 is connected to the combustion tube 1.
In order to directly and reliably catch the fuel sprayed around the entire circumference of the inner wall and prevent it from flowing out to other parts, it can be easily swirled by the swirling combustion air generated within the combustion tube 1. It is constructed by attaching a concave ring 21 that is bent inward and has a substantially U-shaped inner peripheral surface, and one side 22 located on the tip side of the combustion tube 1.
is formed so that its inclination angle is slightly smaller than that of the other side 22. The fuel retention ring 20 having the above-mentioned function can have various configurations depending on the burner type, vertical or horizontal. In the case of the ring 21 shown in FIG. 2, it can be a vertical or horizontal burner. Can be used for either. In another example of the fuel retention ring 20 shown in FIG. 3, the combustion tube 1 is divided into two pieces, and the end edge 24 of the combustion disk 23 on the side where the nozzle hole 4 is bored is formed into an annular shape, and the ring is moved inward. The ring plate 25 is formed by attaching annular ring plates 25 in the shape of a square to the entire inner wall of the combustion tube 1 at appropriate intervals on the opposite end thereof, and even in this case, the burner It can be used even if it is vertical or horizontal.

である。 Now, if the rotary body 7 is rotated and the combustion air generated in the blow chamber 5 is supplied to the rotary body 7 and the fume chamber 14 through the blow tube 8 and the ventilation pipe 15, respectively, the combustion air is supplied to the rotary body 7. A part of the combustion air is ejected into the combustion cylinder 1 from the fuel scattering gap 12, and most of the other combustion air is ejected into the combustion cylinder 1 from the flame hole 4. The combustion air supplied into the fume chamber 14 also passes through the fume gap 16, swirls inside the combustion tube 1, collides with the fuel retention ring 20, and causes a vortex phenomenon. If fuel is supplied from the fuel supply pipe 17 onto the rotating fuel diffuser 18 under such conditions, the fuel will form a thin film due to the action of centrifugal force and the blowing action of combustion air, and will spread onto the inner surface of the rotating member 7. The fuel is moved to the open side, and is sprayed in fine particles from the end of the fuel scattering annular body 11 toward the entire circumference of the inner wall of the combustion cylinder 1. Incidentally, a fuel retention ring 2 having a concave inner circumferential surface is provided around the entire inner wall of the combustion cylinder 1 at a position where fuel is sprayed and scattered.
0 is provided, the atomized fuel is reliably received and is not allowed to flow out from this part into the combustion tube 1, but is swirled by the swirling combustion air, or is stirred by the swirling combustion air, so that it can be easily flowed into the ignition plug 1.
9 and is ignited. As a result, the spark plug 19
Even if the position of the fuel spray and the fuel spray scattering position are misaligned, or even if a large amount of fuel is supplied at the time of starting ignition combustion, the fuel is swirled and stirred in a stagnant state, so ignition is ensured. Is it allowed to be operated, spark plug 19
The ignition flame generated at the position rapidly swirls along the fuel retention ring 20, ignites and burns all the atomized fuel, and achieves live combustion accurately and quickly. When raw combustion occurs in this way, the rotating body 7 is intensely heated by the raw combustion flames, so that the fuel that diffuses and transfers in a thin film state on the inner surface of the rotating body 7 is quickly vaporized and the generated vaporized gas are air mixture passage 9 and air mixture passage 1
While flowing through the air, it mixes with combustion air, becomes a complete mixed gas, is forced into the gas chamber 3, is ejected at a constant pressure from a number of flame holes 4, and is vaporized and burned.

る。 In short, the present invention provides an annular fuel retention ring having a concave inner circumferential surface that allows the sprayed fuel to swirl around the combustion cylinder 1 at a position where the fuel is sprayed in the form of fine particles, around the entire inner wall of the combustion cylinder 1 at a position where the fuel is sprayed in the form of fine particles. In addition to arranging 20,
Since the tip of the spark plug 19 is visible in the concave portion of the fuel retention ring 20, all of the sprayed fuel is received and retained in the fuel retention ring 20 to ensure ignition when starting live combustion. Not only can it be brought into contact with the plug 19 to speed up ignition and combustion, but also the ignited combustion flame can be quickly swirled along the fuel retention ring 20 having a concave inner peripheral surface to speed up the ignition and combustion of the entire sprayed fuel. As a result, the unburned oil can be reliably combusted within the fuel retention ring 20 without flowing out to the bottom wall side or the tip side of the combustion tube 1.
