This rod device is conventionally known as shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 58-140890 and FIG. In the case shown in FIG. 8, paper sheets #i are ejected from the device 60 through the entrance 66, and one sheet of paper is discharged from the cassettes 61 and 62 in which the sheets are stored.
It is configured to take out the i-sheets one by one, and to transport the taken out i-sheets one by one by a belt 63, rollers 64, etc. through an entrance/exit port 66''f. 5 is a checking section that counts and discriminates the sheets. It is.

However, in the above configuration, among the constituent elements of the cassettes 61 and 62, the check section 65, and the entrance/exit 66, the paper conveyance path is connected to the belt 63. It is necessary to store a large number of pieces in a fixed manner in advance using the rollers 64, which increases the size of the device. It is difficult to change the transport path, and if it is changed, it takes time and effort to adjust the operation of the conveyance path. Furthermore, there is a problem in that it takes time to transport a large number of sheets one by one.

The purpose of the mission is to rearrange the paper sheet counting section between the entrance and exit section connecting the inside and outside of the electrical equipment and the paper sheet storage section, and this counter will count the paper sheets and also transfer the paper sheets between the two ministries. This is achieved by having a position control mechanism that moves in a manner similar to that of a father.

The counting section takes in paper sheets one by one from one end, counts them, deposits them on a plurality of ridge stackers at the other end, and then transfers them all at once from the repair stacker to the outside of the counting section. Also,
Since the entire counting section can move and transfer paper sheets between any of the nine constituent elements, an a-cone conveying path such as a belt is not required.

When the customer confirms the number of bills to be withdrawn and instructs the withdrawal, the receiving rows 222 and 23 take out the bills a one by one, and transfer the bills that the discriminator 21 determines to be normal bills to the stacker 24. , the banknotes C determined to be rejected are stacked in the kidney-embedded stacker 25. At this time, the counting unit 20 lowers the banknotes each time it takes out one piece of banknotes according to instructions from the control unit 50, and adjusts the height so that the height of the taking-in roller matches the height of the banknote and there is no mistake in taking out the banknote. Continue removing while doing this. When the instructed number of withdrawal tickets has been taken out, the withdrawal is stopped and the counter 20
moves forward and upward to position 1 in Figure 3 (2) [(the position where the bottom of the deposit/withdrawal slot 10 and the bottom of the sorting stacker 24 match), and the fork operation of the sorting stacker 24 allows the banknotes to be put in and taken out. Push it out to the gold opening 10. At this time, the arrangement stacker 240 is aligned using the inner end face of the deposit/withdrawal port 10 as a reference position, and the counter 20 is moved downward from the position with a micro switch (not shown) attached to the paper surface of the stacker 24. This is done when it comes into contact with the paper surface of the deposit/withdrawal port 10 and operates. The same applies to the alignment with banknotes in the safe and other stackers. When the customer inserts banknotes a that should not be deposited into the deposit/withdrawal 010, the take-in rollers 22 and 23 take in the banknotes a one by one, and the banknotes C, which the discriminator 21 determines to be normal, are transferred to the sorting stacker 25 for damage. The banknotes d determined to be banknotes and foreign-denomination Sakaki banknotes are stacked into the JP stacker 26, and the banknotes determined to be counterfeit and rejected banknotes are stacked at the sorting stacker 24. At this time, the counting section 20 moves downward in the same way as in Figure 3g3 (]) and continues taking in while adjusting the height. When the receiving of the deposit ticket is finished, the counting section 20 rotates 180 degrees and moves upward. It moves to the position shown in Fig. 4 (2) (the position where the bottom of the deposit/withdrawal 010 and the bottom of the sorting stacker 24 match), and the fork operation of the sorting stacker 24 pushes the banknotes to the deposit/withdrawal slot IO. . Here, the type of banknotes to be put into the stacker is different from that shown in FIG. 3, but this is done to improve production efficiency when returning the banknotes to the deposit/withdrawal slot.

Next, another second embodiment of the counting section according to the present invention will be explained with reference to FIG. In the same figure, parts equivalent to those in FIG. 2 are indicated by a 4- symbol. In FIG. 5, compared to FIG. 2, the sorting stacker 26 is arranged on the take-in roller 11111, and is used as a dedicated stacker for taking in banknotes. We are trying to That is, in the case of the rural operation shown in FIG. 3, it was necessary to turn the counting section as shown in (3) in order to store the pick ticket C in the safe, but this turning is no longer necessary. In addition, in the case of the deposit operation shown in Figure 4, the (2) and (3) turns are no longer necessary in order to return the transfer ticket.

Next, still another third embodiment of the present invention will be explained with reference to FIGS. i6 and 7. FIG. 6 shows the entire structure, and compared to FIG. 1, the safe 40 is not placed below the deposit/withdrawal port 10. Also, Figure 7 shows the count M120 that can be used in Figure 6.
This is a block diagram of the ``implementation stacker 24-2'' compared to Fig. 2.
6 are all reassigned to take-in rollers 22 and 23911IK. The name of this configuration is that the counting section 20 does not need to rotate at all, but only needs to move up and down and back and forth (as shown by the arrows). Therefore, compared to the previous embodiment, the counting section 20
It takes only a short time to move the eggs, and the egg ripening time is short. In addition,
4i! - The embedded nut tacker 26 is arranged above the take-in roller, but this is done to reduce the installation space of the conveyance path 29 and to reduce the vertical movement of the counting section.

In other embodiments, the structure is somewhat more complicated. If the banknotes are taken into the counter all at once from the deposit/withdrawal port or the storage section and then counted one by one, the counter may You can move while counting. In this case, compared to each of the previous embodiments, only one banknote can be delivered in a shorter time.

According to the present invention, the transfer of paper sheets between the feeding/receiving means and the storage flat membrane is carried out by the counting conveying means which moves freely, so there is no need for a complicated conveying path. This makes the device compact and inexpensive, and also improves reliability. Further, position control changes of the counting and conveying means can be easily realized by program control, and functions can be expanded at low cost.
