Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce a noise by forming a cavity with a cover brought into contact with an enclosed container and the back face of a fixed scroll and forming a separate cavity communicated to this cavity with the cover and the upper housing of the enclosed container. CONSTITUTION:A lug section 46 is formed on the back face of a fixed scroll 2 arranged in a housing 1 and a discharge port 6 is opened inside this lug section 46. A cover 40 fitted to the housing 1 forms the first discharge cavity 41 together with the lug section 46, and a discharge port 42 communicating the first discharge cavity 41 upward is formed at its center. In addition, an upper housing 43 having a discharge pipe 45 is provided above the cover 40, and the second discharge cavity 44 is formed by both of them. The pulsation of the discharge gas discharged through the discharge port 6 is damped by both cavities 41, 42, thus a noise is remarkably decreased.

FIG. 2 is a configuration diagram of a conventional scroll compressor, in which a fixed scroll 2 and an orbiting scroll 3 as compression elements are fitted into a housing 1 and arranged in an upper part of the housing 1. The fixed scroll 2 consists of an end plate 4 and a protrusion 5 formed in a spiral shape on the end plate 4.
A discharge boat 6 is formed and a discharge valve 7 is provided thereon, and a discharge cavity 8 is formed roughly on the side where the discharge valve 7 is provided. Further, the orbiting scroll 3 includes an end plate 9 and a protrusion 10 formed in a spiral shape on the end plate 9. A boss 11 for driving the orbiting scroll 3 is formed on the opposite side of the end plate 9 where the protruding portion 1o is formed. By the way, a closed space 12 is formed by fitting the fixed scroll 2 and the orbiting scroll 3, and as the orbiting scroll 3 rotates, the volume of the closed space 12 is reduced. Note that 13 is a suction passage, and 14 is a suction chamber. Further, the fixed scroll 2 is supported by a frame 15,

To explain the flow of refrigerant gas flowing into the scroll compressor configured in this way, the low-temperature, low-pressure refrigerant gas returned to the compressor from the refrigeration/air conditioning unit (not shown) flows from the suction pipe 29 to the housing 1. Inside (two electric motors introduced)
The C1 refrigerant gas passes through a part of the outer periphery of the frame 15 and is introduced into the suction chamber 14 from the suction passage 13 provided in the fixed scroll 2. At this time, the electric motor 18 Since it is in the driving state, the orbiting scroll 3 is performing revolution.Thereby, the closed space 12
The volume gradually decreases until it reaches the center of the scroll.

Therefore, as the volume of the sealed space 12 decreases, the pressure of the refrigerant gas increases and the temperature increases. Therefore, the refrigerant gas is discharged from the discharge boat 6 into the discharge cavity 8, and the high temperature and high pressure refrigerant gas discharged into the discharge cavity 8 is sent out through the discharge pipe 30.

Meanwhile, at the same time, the lubricating oil 28 is sucked up by the centrifugal pump 26 and rises through the oil supply hole 27. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] However, in the above compressor, the discharge cavity 8 is formed on the back surface of the fixed scroll 2, and the discharge pipe 30 is provided in the discharge cavity 8. The volume of the product becomes smaller. For this reason, noise is generated due to the discharge pulsation of the compressed cooling gas, and the discharge cavity 8 is choked by the refrigerant gas when the liquid refrigerant is compressed, which causes the fixed scroll 2
There are also problems such as the pressure in the compression chamber made up of the orbiting scroll 3 increases abnormally, shortening the life of the compressor.

The figure shows only the structure of the part related to the present invention, and the overall structure of the scroll compressor is as shown in FIG. However, the parts other than those shown in FIG. 1 are the same as those shown in FIG. 2. Therefore, in FIG. 1, the same parts as in FIG. 2 are given the same reference numerals, and detailed explanation thereof will be omitted. Now, on the back surface of the fixed scroll 2, that is, on the side opposite to the side where the spiral protrusion 5 is formed, a cover 40 is fixedly connected to the boss portion of the fixed scroll 2 with bolts or the like. By providing this cover 40, a first cavity chamber 41 for the refrigerant gas discharged by compression between the fixed scroll 2 and the orbiting scroll 3 is formed, and the outer periphery of the cover 40 comes into contact with the housing 1 to form a housing. 1 will be sealed. Note that a discharge boat 42 is formed in this cover 40. Further, an upper housing 43 formed in a curved shape is provided on the upper part of the cover 40 and is held between the inner periphery of the cover 40. Thereby, a second discharge cavity chamber 41 communicating with the first discharge cavity chamber 41 is provided. A discharge cavity chamber 44 is formed in the upper housing 43. A discharge pipe 45 is provided in the upper housing 43.

When low-temperature, low-pressure refrigerant gas returned to the compressor from the refrigeration/air conditioning unit (not shown) is introduced into the housing 1 from the suction pipe 29, this refrigerant gas cools the electric AJ motor 18 and Fixed scroll through part 2
It is sent into the suction passage 14 from the suction passage 13 provided in the suction passage 14 . At this time, since the electric motor 18 is in a driving state, the orbiting scroll 3 revolves, reducing the volume of the closed space 12, increasing the pressure of the refrigerant gas, and increasing the temperature. Thus, the refrigerant gas pushes the discharge valve 7 and is discharged from the discharge boat 6 into the first cavity chamber 41 . The refrigerant that has entered this discharge cavity chamber 41 is
Further, it is sent from the discharge boat 42 to the discharge cavity chamber 44 of ff12. Here, the pulsation of the refrigerant gas is reduced and the refrigerant gas is sent out through the discharge pipe 45.

At the same time, the lubricating oil 28 is sucked up by the centrifugal pump 26 and rises through the oil supply hole 27, whereby the lubricating oil 28 is sent to the lower bearing 21, and further to the eccentric bottle portion of the shaft 19 (not shown). The lubricating oil is then sent to the frame chamber 16 to lubricate the upper bearing 20, and is roughly discharged from the oil drain hole 17 to the lower part of the housing 1.

In this way, in the above embodiment, the fixed scroll 2
The structure is such that the refrigerant gas discharged by compression of the orbiting scroll 3 is sent to the first cavity chamber 41, and is further sent out of the compressor through the second cavity '[44]. The discharge cavity chamber 41.
44, it is possible to increase the volume of the cavity chamber, reduce discharge pulsation, and make noise extremely low.

In particular, since the second discharge cavity chamber 44 is formed using the sleeve housing 43, the capacity of the cavity chamber can be increased without increasing the size of the entire compressor. Further, the discharge system such as the discharge pipe 45 is not choked by the liquid refrigerant during liquid compression, and an abnormal pressure rise in the compression chamber that occurs during liquid compression can be prevented.

従って、信頼性の高い圧縮機を得ることができる。Therefore, a highly reliable compressor can be obtained.
