気室側に付勢すると共に第2ダイヤフラムを負圧
室側に付勢する第1セツトスプリングと、上記負
圧室に配設されて第2ダイヤフラムを空気室側に
付勢する比較的バネ圧の大きな第2セツトスプリ
ングと、機関の運転状態に応じて上記負圧室を、
上記負圧取出口あるいは大気に選択的に連通させ
る通路切換機構とを備えたことを特徴とする内燃
