温度を検出する温度検出器と、該温度検出器で検
出された吸入温度が所定値より高い場合には上記
バイパス弁を全開状態とし、上記所定値以下の場
合には上記吐出流量に基づいてバイパス弁の開度
を制御する制御手段とを備えたことを特徴とする
