Description

【発明の詳細な説明】 産業上の利用分野 本発明は多極型の差込み結合装置のプラグのシールドを
構成ユニットホルダの接地電極層に結合するための装置
であって、差込みプロセス中にプラグが部分的にセンタ
リング条片の開口内に押し込まれるようになっている形
式のものに関する。
従来の技術 ドイツ連邦共和国特許第２７４０６８４号明細書によれ
ば、切換えケーブルのシールドが構成ユニットの保持プ
レート上に固定され、そしてケーブルプラグの押し入れ
時に接点部材を介して構成ユニットホルダの接地電極層
に電気接続される装置が公知である。シールドキャップ
には適切な接触面が形成されており、プラグの差し込み
状態においてこの接触面上に接触ばねが押し付けられ、
それによって該シールドキャップが接地電極層に電気的
に接続される。信号処理速度の上昇と延いては信号導線
への強いノイズ・フィールげの発生及び差込み結合装置
の極数の増加によって、当該差込み装置内に配置された
センタリング条片にもシールド構造を施すことが必要と
なっている。
発明の課題 従って本発明の課題は多極型の差込み結合装置を改良し
て、構成ユニットホルダの接地電極層へのプラグの結合
において、センタリング条片もその差込み結合装置のシ
ールド°構造内に含めるようにすることである。
課題を解決するための手段 上記の課題は本発明によれば、開口の各側面上に導電的
な金属製の層が配設されており、多極型のプラグのシー
ルげにばね部材が配設されており、このばね部材がプラ
グの差込み状態において前記の各側面の金属層に弾性的
に接触し、また個々の開口の各金属層を互いにかつ、前
記構成ユニットホルダの接地電極層に電気的に接続する
ための手段が配設されていることによって解決された。
発明の利点 本発明による利点は、構成ユニットホルダの接地電極層
への接続部及び、信号導線がその中を案内されるセンタ
リング条片の範囲のシールドが唯１つの装置で行なわれ
、しかもこの装置の必要内蔵スペースが極めて少なくて
済むことである。
実施態様 本発明の有利な実施態様によれば、ばね部材がプラグの
金属製のシールドキャップに配設されているとよい。こ
のばね部材は固定部材によってプラグのシールドに配設
されても、また当該シールｒに直接に形成されてもよい
。
更に本発明の別の実施態様によれば、ばね部材が、プラ
グのプラスチックキャップの内室内に位置する金属製の
シールド部材に配設されていてもよい。ばね部材が形成
されている金属製のシールド部材は、プラスチックキャ
ップ内室のほとんどあらゆる形状に適合可能であり、こ
の際に所望のシールｒ（遮蔽）作用が種々異なる大きさ
のシールド面によって形成可能である。
本発明の他の実施態様は特許請求の範囲の残りの従属項
に記された通りである。
実施例 図面には複数の開口１を備えたセンタリング条片２が示
されている。矢印Ａの方向でのプラグ４の差込みによっ
て、前記の各開口ｌ内に該プラグ牛の差込み条片３が差
込まれる。センタリング条片２の各開口１の、差込み条
片３と反対側の範囲には図示されていない開口が配置さ
れており、この開口は差込み装置の、配線プレ−一ト５
上に配置されたやはり図示されていない対応接触部材の
貫通のために働いている。開口１の各側面には金属製の
導電層（４５°の陰影線で図示）が配設されている。セ
ンタリング条片２の固定装置８の、プラグ手に面した外
面６と端面７と外側面もやはり金属層を有している。
この層によって開口１の各金属層が互いに接続され、そ
して金属製の固定ねじ９を介して構成ユニットホルダ１
０の接地電極層への電気的接続が形成されている。プラ
グ牛には金属製のシールドキャップ１１が配設されてお
り、このシールドキャップ１１は、差込み条片３と電気
接続された切換えケーブル１２の遮蔽（シール１）さ式
ていない個々の切換え電線をほぼ完全に取り囲んでいる
。シール１キヤツプ１１の、差込み条片３に面した各縁
部には金属製のばね部材１３が適切に配置されており、
それによってプラグ生の差込み状態においてこのばね部
材１３の１部分がセンタリング条片２の、開口１の長手
側面に配置された切欠き１４内に係合し、該開口１の金
属層にばね弾性的に接触せしめられる。ばね部材１３の
、センタリング条片２に面した端部は弓形に形成されて
いる。金属製のシールドキャップ１１の代りにプラグ牛
に、図示されていないプラスチックキャップを配設する
ことも可能である。この場合は各ばね部材１３が、その
プラスチックキャップの内室の中に位置する金属製のシ
ール１部材（図示せず）に配設される。

Claims (1)

  1. 【特許請求の範囲】 １、多極型の差込み結合装置のプラグのシールドを構成
    ユニットホルダの接地電極層に結合するための装置であ
    つて、差込みプロセス中にプラグが部分的にセンタリン
    グ条片の開口内に押し込まれるようになつている形式の
    ものにおいて、開口（１）の各側面上に導電的な金属製
    の層が配設されており、多極型のプラグ（４）のシール
    ド（１１）にばね部材（１３）が配設されており、この
    ばね部材（１３）がプラグ（４）の差込み状態において
    前記の各側面の金属層に弾性的に接触し、また個々の開
    口（１）の各金属層を互いにかつ、前記構成ユニットホ
    ルダ（１０）の接地電極層に電気的に接続するための手
    段が配設されていることを特徴とする、多極型のプラグ
    のシールドを構成ユニットホルダの接地電極層に結合す
    るための装置。 ２、ばね部材（１３）が、プラグの金属製のシールドキ
    ャップ（１１）に配設されている、特許請求の範囲第１
    項記載の装置。 ３、ばね部材（１３）が、プラグ（４）のプラスチック
    キャップの内室内に位置する金属製のシールド部材に配
    設されている、特許請求の範囲第１項記載の装置。 ４、個々の開口（１）の各金属層を相互にかつ、構成ユ
    ニットホルダ（１０）の接地電極層に電気的に接続する
    ための手段が、めつき又は蒸着加工によつて載設された
    層又は金属製の接着シート又は成形された結合薄板から
    成つている、特許請求の範囲第１項記載の装置。 ５、開口（１）の金属層を構成ユニット（１０）の接地
    電極と接続するための手段が、センタリング条片（２）
    の固定装置（８）の範囲内に配置されており、構成ユニ
    ットホルダ（１０）へのセンタリング条片（２）の固定
    後に前記の手段が、その構成ユニットホルダ（１０）へ
    直接か又は金属製の固定ねじ（９）に当接せしめられる
    、特許請求の範囲第１項から第４項までのいずれか１項
    記載の装置。 ６、センタリング条片（２）の開口（１）の少なくとも
    、ばね部材（１３）に接触せしめられる範囲内には金属
    層が配設される、特許請求の範囲第１項から第５項まで
    のいずれか１項記載の装置。
