再生を行うことができない。

イクロプロセッサを含むIC回路4と、このIC回路4
とワイヤ5.6を介して接続される導電路7.8.9が
形成され、それらの全体が樹脂10でコーティングされ
た構造を有している。このシート2は台紙1に接着剤1
1を介して剥離可能に接着されている。このシート2は
全体の厚さtを0.5〜11■程度に形成することがで
きる。また上記メモリは例えば2にバイト容量のものが
用いられる。尚、第2図は一方のシート2の一部を台紙
lから剥がした状態が示されている。またシート2にメ
モケを記入できるようにしたり、あるいは文字、図形等
を印刷してもよい。
