Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the titled tape which has excellent thermal adhesion characteristics, appearance, washability with water, and durability, and a high commodity value, by laminating a transparent polyester copolymer film having a melting point in a specified range on one side of a transparent nylon film. CONSTITUTION:The titled tape having a thickness of 100-300mu is obtained by laminating a transparent polyester copolymer film having a thickness of 30-180mu and a melting point of 80-200 deg.C on one side of a transparent film of nylon 6 or nylon 6.6, having a thickness of 80-200mu by dry laminating or co-extrusion.

【発明の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本発明はジッパ−の横貼りテープに関するもので、更に
詳しくは熱接着性に優れた透明なジッパ−の横貼りテー
プに関するものである。

(従来技術と問題点) 従来からジノパー製造工程に於いて横貼りテープはジノ
パ一端部のストッパーをジノパー基布に固定させる為の
補強用として又ジノパー基布の解れ防止用として使用さ
れている。しかしジノパーは衣類はじめ多用途に使用さ
れているため、ジッパ−基布に用いられる材質及び色柄
が多く、したかって横貼りテープもジッパ−基布と同色
系統の生地の片面に予め熱接性を施したものを用意せね
ばならず、したがってジンパー基布の色柄と同数の横貼
りテープが必要となり、在庫管理が複雑であり、又作業
も煩雑であった。

久性能にも優れている。
