- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 車速を検出する車速センサからの車速信号を入
力するとともに、設定された車速を維持するよう
にアクチユエータを介しスロツトル弁を開閉制御
して定速走行を行う定速走行装置において、 ステアリングホイールの操蛇角の大きさを検出
する操蛇角検出手段、 前記操蛇角検出手段により検出された操蛇角の
大小を判定する操蛇角判定手段、 前記操蛇角判定手段により前記操蛇角が所定値
より大と判定されたとき、前記操蛇角に対応して
前記設定車速を低減する設定車速低減手段、 を備えることを特徴とする定速走行装置。
