Claims (1)
- 回転体側に環状の永久磁石を配置し、固定側に
環状の永久磁石もしくは電磁石を配置してなる磁
気軸受装置において、回転体側の環状の永久磁石
を円周方向に複数個のセグメントに分割し、該セ
グメント間には回転体上円周方向に相互に移動可
能な隙間を形成することにより各セグメントが回
転体に対して円周方向に移動可能とし、この移動
可能なセグメントによりバランシング機能を得る
ようにしたことを特徴とする磁気軸受装置。
