Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent a motor driven vehicle from abruptly starting by forcibly stopping the drive of a driving motor when power source switch means is closed in the state that an accelerator is operated in advance. CONSTITUTION:When a key switch 18 is closed, an output signal S2 of switch operation detecting means 54A becomes 'L' after a predetermined time. When an accelerator is operated so that an accelerator switch 32B is closed, a forward contact coil 36 or a reverse contact coil 38 is excited. Simultaneously, the output signal S3 of an accelerator operation detector 54 becomes 'H'. When the switch 18 is closed after the switch 32B is closed, an output signal S4 of an NAND circuit 54C becomes 'L'. Thus, a relay 40 of drive stopping means 56 is energized, its contact 40A is released, and the coils 36 and 38 are de-energized.
