て回動自在に配設され、かつ、その回転中心が上
記ノズルの配列円中心に対して所定量だけ偏心し
、円筒形胴部の前端部がホーン状に拡がつてその
終端が上記ノズル列の直前に達する導風管と、そ
の導風管の終端部の円周方向所定個所に形成され
た通気溝と、上記導風管の終端部の上記通気溝形
成部以外に形成され上記吐出ダイの表面に近接し
て実質的に空気を通さない通風遮蔽部と、上記導
風管の回転駆動手段と、上記胴部の後端開口部に
連通する送風機と、上記導風管の上記通気溝外方
に固着され、その先端が上記導風管の回転によつ
て上記吐出ダイの表面に沿つて回転するカツタと
、そのカツタの軌跡に沿う円環状の通気路に連通
する排気管とを有し、上記送風機による送風が上
記導風管を経て実質的に上記通気溝のみから吐出
して、上記押出機のノズルから連続的に吐き出さ
れてくるプラスチツクを冷却しつつ上記カツタに
より所定長さに切断し、かつ、切断されたペレツ
ト状プラスチツクを上記通気溝から吐出される送
風により冷却固化しながら上記排気管へ搬送する
