Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide high-speed stable stacking by allowing works conveyed continuously in one level and fed into each receipt part to protrude horizontally by the use of a protruding member, by placing two pieces of works one over the other on a stacking member which moves synchronously with said protruding member, and by thrusting them out with a sendout member. CONSTITUTION:The leading piece of those works 1 which have been transported continuously in one level comes in a receipt part 3 as the lower part of a separating member 4, and when this member 4 sinks, the next work 1 will come in receipt part 3 as the upper part of the separating member 4. The former named work 1 situated in the lower receipt part 3 is thrusted off onto a stacking member 6 by a lower protruding member 5, and the stacking members 6 and separating member 4 rise. The other work 1 housed in the upper receipt part 3 is thrusted off onto the precedent work 1 placed on the stacking member 6 by an upper protruding member 5. Meantime, another work 1 comes in the lower receipt part 3, while the two works placed one over the other on said stacking member 6 are thrusted out by a sendout member 7. Thus works 1 transported continuously in one level are put in two levels, wherein inertia force of works as well as each member can be lessened and stable high-speed stacking be obtained.

In this FIG. 7, 51 is a workpiece, and the workpiece 51
is continuously pushed and transferred one stage from the cigarette box making machine, and a stop member 52 is provided at the transfer end to stop the workpiece 5 at the transfer end.
A push-up member 53 is provided to push up the workpieces 1 one after another, and a claw member 55 is provided in the push-up passage 54 to prevent falling, and the push-up member 53 separates the continuously transferred works 51 one by one and pushes them up to the claw member 55. By repeating this pushing up, the workpieces 51 are stacked on the claw member 55, and in this case, the workpieces 51 are pushed out two stages at a time by the delivery member 56.

However, in the case of this conventional configuration, if the push-up member 54 pushes the work 51 up to the claw member 55 and then descends to the lowering completion position, the work 51 is pushed up to the push-up member 55.
If the workpiece 51 cannot be moved upward and furthermore, the sending member 56 has not returned to the return position, the push-up member 53 will not be able to push the workpiece 51 up to the claw member 55, and therefore the push-up member 53 will not be able to reach the lowering completion position. After being lowered, the transfer of the workpiece 51 onto the push-up member 53 must be completed before the start of pushing up, making it unsuitable for high-speed stacking, and due to the inertia of each member and the three knobs of the workpieces, it is difficult to stabilize the stacking. It has the disadvantage that it cannot be stacked.

The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate these inconveniences, and its gist is to transfer workpieces that are continuously transferred in one stage
In a device that is stacked and transferred in stages, it has two receiving sections that receive the workpieces to be transferred one step above, a separation section ↑O that moves up and down so that the workpieces can be received in each receiving section, and a separation section ↑ O in each receiving section. A 2uA protrusion member that protrudes workpieces in the horizontal direction; a stacking member that moves up and down in synchronization with the horizontal protrusion movement of each protrusion member and stacks the workpieces that are ejected by the protrusion member; and a delivery member that pushes out the stacked workpieces. A two-stage stacking transfer device is characterized in that it is constructed of two members.

[Operation] Workpieces that are continuously transferred one step by the vertical movement of the separating member enter each receiving section, and the workpieces in the receiving section are pushed out in the horizontal direction by each projecting member and moved in synchronization with the projecting movement of the projecting member. The workpieces are stacked in two stages on the stacking section by the stacking member, and the workpieces stacked in two stages are ejected by the delivery member.

Figures 1 to 6 show a preferred embodiment in which the present invention is applied to a two-stage, five-row packaging machine for cigarette boxes. The workpiece 1 is held in place by the handles and continuously transferred one step at a time, and the transfer end has two U-shaped receiving portions 3 above and below. A separating member 4 that reciprocates is provided on the side of each receiving section 3, and a protruding member 5 for protruding the workpiece 1 in the receiving section 3 to the opposite side is provided on the side of each receiving section 3 so as to be able to reciprocate horizontally by 2 uI up and down. A stacking member 6 that moves up and down in synchronization with the protruding movement of each protruding member 5 is provided on the opposite side of the stacking member 6, and the workpieces 1 stacked on the stacked member 6 are placed on the side of the completion position of the stacking member 6. A delivery member 7 that protrudes is provided so as to be movable back and forth.

Since this embodiment has the above-mentioned configuration, the workpiece l at the transfer end of the workpieces l that are continuously transferred in one stage as shown in FIG. When descending, the workpiece l at the next position enters the upper receiving part 3,
As shown in FIG.
Then, the separating member 4 rises, and the upper receiving part 3 is opened as shown in FIG.
The workpiece 1 inside is stacked with the stacking member 6 by the upper protrusion vr5.
The workpieces l that are ejected onto the upper workpiece 1 and positioned one after another enter the lower receiving section 3, and the workpieces l stacked in two stages on the stacking member 6 are ejected by the delivery member 7, and as a result, Workpieces l that are continuously transported in one stage can be stacked and transported in two stages. In particular, in this case, if N works l are to be continuously transported per minute, the protruding member 5 and the stacking member 6 are The reciprocating movement is N/2 times per minute, which is half the number of times compared to the conventional structure shown in Figure 7, and the influence of inertia of each member and workpiece can be reduced, making stable high-speed stacking possible. becomes.
