穴D1 を加工する。この時ポンチ台8と、ポンチ1o
の切刃部13との間にはクリアランスがあり、セラミッ
クグリーンシート7に打抜きパリ14が発生する。以上
で打抜き穴り、の加工は完成するが、第3図に示す様に
打抜き加工後、打抜き穴D1は収縮を起こし打抜き穴り
まで収縮する。この状態で第4図の復帰工程に移ると、
ポンチ10は上昇(復動)し、ガイド台9と戻り側加工
刃12により、セラミックグリーンシート7は打抜き時
とは反対面より加工すセラミックグリーンシート7には
