Claims (1)
- 上部に空気吸込口２を下方に空気吹出口３を夫
々開設し、該空気吹出口３内部近辺にフイルター
４を装設してなるフイルターユニツトにおいて、
機体内部にＶ型状の遮音兼整流板７を配設すると
共に該遮音兼整流板７の凹入部分内に複数箇の小
型送風機５，５を背対状に並列配置し、機内両側
に略横長コ型状の送風通路６，６を形成設けたこ
とを特徴とするクリーンルーム用フイルターユニ
ツト。
