に突出する周方向複数個の外壁部とを一体形成
し、弾性体は外側面が隣合う一対の外壁部と連続
して円弧状に突出しかつ内側面が側板部及び隣合
う一対の外壁部の端面に径方向外方から接当する
円弧面部と、隣合う一対の外壁部間に嵌合する取
付部とを一体に形成した点にある。

性体15が設けられている。弾性体15は耐摩耗
性を有するゴム材等から成り、第6図に示すよう
に隣合う一対の外壁部14間に嵌合し接着される
取付部16と、インナーロータ5の歯先部分を形
成する円弧面部17とを備えて成る。円弧面部1
7は外側面が隣合う一対の外壁部14と連続して
円弧状に突出しかつ内側面が側板部13及び隣合
う一対の外壁部14の端面に径方向外方から接当
している。アウターロータ6はケーシング4内に
回転自在に内嵌されている。ロータ5,6の軸心
方向両側とケーシング4との間には例えばステン
レス製の隔壁板18,19が夫々介装されてい
る。隔壁板18はケーシング本体7とロータ5,
6との間に介在され、かつ切欠部20に係合する
ケーシング本体7側の係合部により回動不能に係
止されている。隔壁板19はロータ5,6と側部
カバー8との間に介装され、かつ切欠部21に係

で、吐出圧の低下と云う問題もない。しかも、同
種の材質が接触すると云うことがないので、耐久
性も向上する。

体成形品であるが、駆動用の軸に嵌着されるボス
部と、該ボス部の軸方向一端側の側板部と、該側
板部から軸方向他端側に突出する周方向複数個の
外壁部とを備えたものであるため、無駄な材料の
使用がなく、重量も軽くできる。しかもインナー
ロータの歯先部に設けた弾性体は、駆動時にアウ
ターロータの内周面に摺接するが、隣合う一対の
外壁部間に嵌合する取付部を介してインナーロー
タに取付けており、円弧面部の内側面がインナー
ロータの側板部及び隣合う一対の外壁部の端面に
径方向外方から接当しているので、確実に取付け
ることができると共に、弾性体のアウターロータ
内周面に対する接触圧を十分に確保でき、吐出圧
が増大する。
