【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ケースに固定された略中空円筒状の軸受け
台と、該軸受け台よりやや短く該軸受け台の中空
部に圧入嵌着されシヤフトを回転自在に貫通する
軸孔を中心部に貫設した含油焼結軸受と、上記シ
ヤフトの一端を羽根に接続固定するために該シヤ
フトの一端に挿着されたブツシユと、上記軸受け
台のブツシユ側の一開口面に嵌入されて中央に上
記含油焼結軸受の軸孔と略同一の挿通孔を穿設し
たワツシヤ及びフエルト等の不織布と、上記軸受
け台の他の開口面を密封閉塞すると共に上記ブツ
シユとワツシヤとの間に間隙が生じるように上記
シヤフトの他端を軸支する潤滑シート及び軸受け
台に固定された金属ワツシヤを備えたことを特徴
とするフアンモータ。 (2) 上記金属ワツシヤを凹状容器とすることを

Claims

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] (1) A substantially hollow cylindrical bearing stand fixed to a case, and a shaft that is slightly shorter than the bearing stand and is press-fitted into the hollow part of the bearing stand and rotatably passes through the shaft. An oil-impregnated sintered bearing with a hole in the center, a bush inserted into one end of the shaft for connecting and fixing one end of the shaft to the blade, and a bush inserted into one opening on the bush side of the bearing stand in the center. A nonwoven cloth such as a washer and felt, which has an insertion hole substantially the same as the shaft hole of the oil-impregnated sintered bearing, is used to seal and close the other opening of the bearing pedestal, and a gap is formed between the bush and the washer. A fan motor comprising: a lubricating sheet that pivotally supports the other end of the shaft, and a metal washer that is caulked and fixed to a bearing stand. (2) The fan motor according to claim 1, wherein the caulked metal washer is a concave container.
