Abstract

PURPOSE:To facilitate the checking of wiring upon laying, checking upon maintenance or the like by a method wherein a central processing unit, communicating with a central control unit and effecting the control operation of the input and output signals of air-conditioning equipments to be controlled, is provided at the side of a signal collecting and converting device while an indicator, indicating the operating condition, the alarm and the condition of control of the air-conditioning equipments, is attached to the signal collecting and converting device. CONSTITUTION:Continuous numbers with respect to respective input and output factors are provided in a column 29 on the surface of a panel of a signal collecting and converting device, LEDs with respect to each factor are provided on the column 30 so as to indicate the conditions of respective factors and the names of the factors are written on the column 31. According to this method, the conditions of input and output are indicated by the LEDs from No.1 to No.23 whereby the checking of wiring upon laying, checking upon maintenance and the like may be facilitated. The integrated time of operation is operated through a central processing unit CPU 20 by operating the ON times of necessary factors while the result of the operation is indicated by liquid crystal indicators or the like. According to this indication, a controller or the like can see the ON time of each equipment at the side of an air- conditioning machine without going to a central control unit whereby the estimation of generation of a trouble, the replacing timing of a part and the necessity of inspection may be decided.

The central control device 1 is equipped with a microcomputer, etc., and performs control calculations using an internal program based on input data, etc., and starts/stops and sets the equipment via the signal collection and conversion device 2 via signal lines t1 to tn. Outputs a value signal. In the central control device 1, the geo-receiver can monitor collected data and control output status using the CRT II and keyboard 12.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, in the air conditioning control system with the above configuration,
When performing initial installation adjustments, maintenance adjustments, and failure checks, input signals such as the status of each point, that is, what status signals each device is outputting, and what control signals are output from the central controller 1 are required. The only way to confirm the output signal is by the adjuster using a tester or by checking the display on the central control device 1, which is a complicated and time-consuming process. In addition, when the coordinator conducts periodic patrol checks, the content of maintenance for each device is changed depending on the operating time of each device. Because we had to communicate with each other, there were communication errors and the work became complicated. Furthermore, since the signal collection and conversion devices 21 to 2n and each device are manufactured separately, incorrect wiring is likely to occur due to miscommunication, individual wiring, etc. Until now, this check could only be performed using a tester.

Furthermore, if you want to monitor the input/output status and cumulative operating time on the signal collection and conversion device side for checking for incorrect wiring, maintenance adjustments, etc., you may need to install a display device for monitoring separately from the signal collection and conversion devices 2t to 2n. , it was necessary to install a totalizing time meter to display the operating time of the equipment. In this case, since the signal collection and conversion devices 21 to 2n and the monitoring display device and cumulative time meter are separate devices, the device status is displayed by the central control device 1 via the signal collection and conversion devices 21 to 2n. - The status display and operating time of the separately installed monitoring display device and totalizing time meter sometimes differed due to incorrect wiring, totalizing errors, etc.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above problems, the present invention communicates with a central control device on the signal collection and conversion device side and performs control calculations on input/output signals of the air conditioning equipment to be controlled. Equipped with a central processing unit,
The state of the signals input and output to the signal collection and conversion device and the cumulative operating time signal obtained by integrating these signals can be easily monitored using LEDs, liquid crystal displays, etc.

(Function) In this way, the signal collection and conversion device is equipped with a display that shows the operation status, alarm, and control status of the air conditioner, so the display on the Nero control device that shows the status of each signal with a tester is done as before. Wiring checks during construction and maintenance can be easily performed without having to check. Therefore, the above-mentioned problem can be eliminated.
