Claims (1)
- 圧電素子と、圧電素子の一方の面に貼設される
電気的に絶縁され、かつ、面積がそれぞれ異なる
複数の表面電極と、圧電素子の他方の面に貼設さ
れる裏面電極と、それぞれの電極が貼設された圧
電素子を載置固定する金属板体とで構成されるこ
とを特徴とする圧電振動子。
