ことにより、工数工費の節減を計り工期を短縮できる低
量口部の埋閉方法を提供することを目的とする。

には鉄筋は全く突出せず従って低量口部の大きさを必要
最小限にすることができ、又突出鉄筋の折り曲げ低伸の
必要がないので工数工費が節減できる効果があり、又、
従来の方法における前記鉄筋折曲部との接触による搬入
機器類の損傷作業員の傷害が生ずることなく安全に作業
することができる効果があり、この発明による建屋壁体
の低量口部の埋閉方法は、この発明の方法により構築さ
れた低量口部に対し、内円錐ねじ付きスリーブ形のねじ
継手とその一端に一端をねじ込み固着されたねじ付き鉄
筋とねじ継手の他端に一端がねじ込み深さ副筒自在にね
じ込まれるねじ付き鉄筋とからなる連結鉄筋を所要本数
予め準備し、この連結鉄筋それぞれの両端を低量口部四
周壁に埋設された前記内円錐ねじ付きスリーブにね己込
むことにより低量口部内の配筋を行うようにしたので、
配筋作業は・諷めて簡単容易となり従って低量口部埋閉
作秦の工数工費の節減工期の短縮が計れる効果がある。

方向に対向して配筋し、内周雌ねじ付きスリーブをその
一端が前記仮開口部の周内表面と同一平面上に位置する
ように前記先端ねじ付き鉄筋のねじ部にねじ込んで固定
し、前記の上壁部下壁部両側壁部内に前記先端ねじ付き
鉄筋と直交してそれぞれ複数本の鉄筋を組み付け、前記
各壁部内に配設された前記先端ねじ付き鉄筋それぞれに
直角に対向する位置にボルト穴をあけられた複数板の前
記仮開口部周縁用型枠それぞれを締付ボルトにより前記
内周雌ねじ付きスリーブの露出端面に締着して仮開口部
の四周枠を設定し、前記内周雌ねじ付きスリーブを固着
された前記先端ねじ付き鉄筋とこの鉄筋に直交する前記
鉄筋とを間に挾んで前記仮開口部四周の鉛直壁面用型枠

み固着されるねじ付き鉄筋とねじ継手の他端にねじ込み
深さ調節自在に一端をねじ込まれるねじ付き鉄筋とから
なる連結鉄筋を所要本数予め準備し、前記の上壁と下壁
とにおいて及び前記両側壁において対向して埋設された
前記内周雌ねじ付きスリーブの露出端に前記連結鉄筋そ
れぞれの両端をねじ込んで前記仮開口部内の鉄筋組みを
行い、この鉄筋組を間に挾んで型枠を設定し、この型枠
間にコンクリートを打設し、このコンクリートの養生期
間経過後前記型枠を撤去することを特徴とする建屋壁体
の仮開口部の埋閉方法。
