Abstract

PURPOSE: To attain ease of circuit integration with a logical circuit by outputing an analog current source current in any case so as to simplify the constitution of a high accuracy analog current switching circuit.
CONSTITUTION: When no input signal inputs to terminals 11-1∼11-n at all resulting in conducting a transistor (TR)8-n+1, a current to a connecting point B flows through the TR8-1+1 and an output terminal 12 causes an NOR output to the input signal to the terminals 11-1∼11-n+1. On the other hand, when an input signal is inputted to any of the terminals 11-1∼11-n and any or all the TRs 8-1∼8-n are turned on, the current flows to the conductor TRs and an OR output is obtained at an output terminal 13. In both cases, the current value obtained at the output terminals 12, 13 is a subtraction of a base current from the current at the connecting point B, resulting in being equal to the current of the analog current source 28.
