The operation of the connector configured as above will be explained below. Generally, when attaching a connector to a printed circuit board, pins 2 are passed through holes on the printed circuit board at point 0, as shown in the cross-sectional view of FIG. 2, and pins 2 are soldered to the copper foil on the opposite side. 3 is a printed circuit board, 4 is a copper foil pattern, and S is solder.

However, when using the above configuration on a metal-based printed circuit board, although it can be used with the configuration shown in Figure 2, there is a possibility that the pin 2 will come into contact with the metal plate of the metal-based printed circuit board due to variations in mounting. There is.

Furthermore, if the holes on the metal base printed circuit board are enlarged in order to prevent contact, the gap between the pins 2 and the copper foil pattern 4 becomes large, making soldering difficult.

In the figure, 6 is a metal plate, 8 is an insulating layer, 8 is a coated wire, and in Figure 84, 9 is a flexible printed circuit board. However, in the case of FIG. 3, there is a problem that direct force is applied to the soldering part and there is a possibility of cutting or peeling of the copper foil, and in the case of FIG. 4, soldering is difficult and costly.
