[Detailed Description of the Invention] Industrial Field of Application The present invention detects the weight, length, shape, etc. of pharmaceutical products such as tablets, capsules, and other articles of the same shape, and distinguishes good products from defective products. This relates to a method in which the tablets and capsules can be taken out in any direction. 0 Conventional technology and its problems Articles such as tablets and capsules can be taken out in a predetermined weight, length, and shape using a formulation or filling machine. However, in order to make this more accurate, we check the weight and weight of each product after each production.
Items that do not meet or exceed standard values are inspected for length, shape, etc., and are classified as defective items and non-defective items. Detection of the weight, length, shape, etc. of these items is performed using various methods, but after inspection, good items and defective items are sorted out and transported at a constant pitch on a turntable as shown in Figure 6. The weight, length, shape, etc. of the articles are detected at a fixed position to determine whether the articles are good or defective, and the defective articles are taken out at a position forward of the good article take-out position set on the turntable.

Means for Solving the Problems In view of this, the present invention is capable of sorting and taking out the transported articles in any direction, and also detecting the weight, length, shape, etc. of the articles, and determining whether the single gold articles are good or good at the take-out position. This system separates defective products and takes them out separately by changing the direction of take-out.This system allows all of the continuously transported products to be taken out at the same position from the transport means, and also to ensure that the goods are transported at the same location. The weight, length, shape, etc. of the article are detected in a relatively stable state immediately after being taken out from the means, and this is compared with a preset standard value to determine the standard value. The direction of ejection and take-out of the articles is changed in response to the detection signal, and the good articles and the defective articles are sorted and taken out at the same position.

is transported. This conveyance speed is determined by the rotational speed of the turntable, and the recesses 1a are formed in one or more rows at regular pitches on the turntable. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 1, the article G fitted into the recess 1a is attracted by vacuum pressure so that the article G fitted into the recess 1a is held in a stable state so that it will not protrude due to rotational vibration or centrifugal force. . Then, this vacuum suction is released at the extraction position, but this can be done either by cutting off the connection to the vacuum source with a valve, or by
If the vacuum passage a is made to communicate with the atmosphere or pressurized air is supplied, the article will be in a state slightly floating above the inside of the recess 1a at the take-out position of the turntable. When the vacuum suction is released, the floating object maintains a stable posture for a relatively short period of time, and then becomes unstable.

In this stable state, the weight, length, and shape of the item floating from the depression are detected by a required detector, and this detection signal is sent to the judgment circuit 2 and inputted in advance. The switching means 3 is actuated by a signal from the judgment circuit 2 after comparison with the set reference value. The switching means 3 consists of an air nozzle installed on a turntable. Good products are discharged onto a good product take-out sheet toy by the centrifugal force of the turntable or pressure feeding, but defective products are discharged using air pressure only when a signal from the judgment circuit is received. are ejected from the nozzle, sorted and taken out to the defective product discharge chute 5. The nozzle serving as this switching means is provided opposite to the defective product discharge sheet, and the directions of both chutes 4 and 5 are different from each other. For example, the good product discharge chute 4 is disposed in the tangential direction of the turntable, and the defective product discharge chute 5 is disposed in the radial direction.

Further, the embodiment shown in FIG. 3 has a recess 1a of the turntable.
The article G pushed up by the push-up rod 7, which is pushed up by the cam 6 by the rotation of the turntable, is sorted into defective products by the aforementioned nozzle to the defective product discharge sheet side. This embodiment is the same as the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 except for the provision of the push-up cam and rod. Furthermore, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 5, the articles G are conveyed in a lined manner in a duct without using a turntable, and a pen-chillery 9 is provided at the end of this duct 8, and compressed air is sent into the pen-chily 9. Negative pressure is generated at the end of the duct, and the product is forcibly ejected from the duct by this negative pressure and pressurized air applied to the pentacle, and a detector is placed at a position near the end of the duct to maintain a stable posture of the product. 10 is installed to detect the flying out item, this signal is judged by the judgment circuit, and if it is a defective item, the magnet 11 is activated and the kick board 12 is switched to make the item fly out in a direction different from that of the non-defective item. Effects of the Invention According to the present invention, articles that are continuously carried out are detected at a desired position in a stable state immediately after leaving the conveyance means, and undesired articles are detected at a desired position immediately after leaving the conveying means. This system determines whether the product is good or not and uses this determination signal to operate the switching means to separate the defective products from the non-defective products and take them out. This improves processing capacity compared to conventional products, and the mechanism is simple and easy to operate. , has the advantage of being reliable.
