Claims (3)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. （１）エミツタが共通接続され、ベースに比較電圧が供
    給される第１のトランジスタおよびベースに基準電圧が
    供給されコレクタより出力電圧が取出される第２のトラ
    ンジスタと、これら第１、第２のトランジスタのエミツ
    タおよびコレクタがそれぞれ接続される第１、第２の電
    源と、これら第１、第２の電源間に接続され、前記基準
    電圧を発生する手段と、前記第２のトランジスタととも
    にオン動作し前記基準電圧を所定値に下げる手段とを具
    備したことを特徴とする電圧比較回路。
  2. （２）前記基準電圧を発生する手段は定電流源および抵
    抗の直列回路からなることを特徴とする実用新案登録請
    求の範囲第１項記載の電圧比較回路。
  3. （３）前記基準電圧を所定値に下げる手段はベースが第
    ２のトランジスタのコレクタに接続され、エミツタが前
    記第２の電源に接続された第３のトランジスタおよび、
    このトランジスタのコレクタと第２のトランジスタのベ
    ース間に接続される抵抗とからなることを特徴とする実
    用新案登録請求の範囲第１項記載の電圧比較回路。
