Abstract

PURPOSE:To reliably separate and take out a soft sheet lacking firmness by providing feed-in means comprising a pair of eccentric rotating members, one of which is positioned adjacent to take-out means and an endless body having a high friction member on the surface thereof, which is stretched between the above members. CONSTITUTION:The lowermost sheet P1 of sheets P is brought into contact with a take-out roller 56 and an endless belt 58 stretched between feed-in pulleys 57A, 57B, and high friction members 56b and 58b operating at the substantially same speed are brought into rolling contact with the sheet P to be fed into a gap C'. At this time, as the gap C' is set corresponding to a thickness (t) of the sheet P, the second and following sheets can be separated from the sheet P1 by a separation roller 59. Accordingly, only the lowermost sheet P1 is transported through the gap C' to the interior of an apparatus by a pair of pick-up rollers 61. Thus, the sheets P can be reliably separated sheet by sheet to be taken out in direction of an arrow G' even if the sheets lack firmness and are soft.

On the upper and lower sides of the bottom plate, there are provided a take-out roller 2) which is pivoted on the shaft, and a feed roller k which is eccentrically attached to the shaft and rotates in the directions of arrows A and B, respectively. It is designed to rotate in sync with the Further, a high-friction member l is fixed to a part of the outer peripheral surface of the take-out roller i, and a high-friction member m is also fixed to the outer surface of the feed roller. The bottom plate has notches (not shown) corresponding to the positions of the take-out roller 1 and the feed roller to the top of the bottom plate. On the upper part of the intake roller 1, there is a gantry fC, and a gantry fC is placed on the upper side of the separator roller O, which is attached to the shaft n.
A high friction member p is also fixed to the outer surface of the separation row 20. Further, the separation roller 0 is supported movably in the direction in which the gap C becomes larger by a support mechanism (not shown), and is further applied with an appropriate pressing force by a suppression mechanism (not shown) to hold the gap C in the direction of the arrow. is recieving.

The suppression plate g is mounted on a shaft r via a bearing q, is movable in the direction of arrow E, and is further applied with an appropriate pressing force in the direction of arrow F by a suppression mechanism (not shown). Is receiving. As a result, the lowest paper sheet P of the paper sheets P,
, a high friction member of 1 mm fixed to the take-out roller i and the feed roller k, which rotate synchronously, rolls into contact with the paper sheets P and feeds them into the gap C. Includes 1. At this time, the second and subsequent paper sheets Pi(i
=2°3, . . . ) is separated from the paper sheet P1 by the separation roller O because the gap fC is set corresponding to the thickness t of the paper sheet. Therefore, only the lowest sheet P passes through the gap C and is conveyed to the inside of the paper feeder by two pick-up rollers (not shown). As described above, the lf& and X type PViI sheets are separated into traps and taken out in the direction of arrow G.

It is composed of a feeding means and a separating means, and when separating and taking out the so-called loose and curly paper sheets one by one, the adhesion between each sheet is good, so the apparent paper Because the coefficient of friction between the leaves is not high, all the sheets are sent by the feeding means to the unloading means and the separating means. Because of the stiffness and twisting, the feeding performance of the feeding means is not sufficient, and the paper sheet cannot be fed by the take-out means and the separating means 1, and the paper sheets cannot be fed by the above-mentioned feeding means.

Therefore, in order to compensate for this, some machines have limited the specifications of the paper sheets that can be handled, so that they do not handle loose and crooked paper sheets. However, in many cases, it is not possible to limit the conditions as described above, and in particular, in a banknote processing apparatus such as a banknote counting machine, it is difficult to limit the state of banknotes handled, and this is not beneficial to the user. In view of the above, it is desired to realize a paper sheet retrieval method that can accurately take out so-called limp and tangled sheets.

Below the njJ bottom plate 52, there is a take-out row 256 as a take-out means which is rotatably attached to the shaft 56a, and shafts 56a and 57.
At least a pair of feed pulleys 571.57B are provided as eccentric rotating members eccentrically attached to a.
They are rotated synchronously in the directions of arrows A/ and n/, respectively, by a drive source (not shown). A high friction member 56b is fixed to a part of the outer peripheral surface of the take-out row 256. In addition, the above-mentioned sending goo IJ 57 A,
57B, an endless strip having a high friction portion on at least the outer surface and an endless belt 58 are wrapped around it, and a feeding means 63 for feeding paper sheets P to the take-out roller 56.
It consists of For example, in the extraction row 256, a high friction member 5 of urethane elastomer is applied to a part of the aluminum core metal.
It is fixed as 6b. Further, the endless belt 58 is a timing belt having a cracked entomer on the outer surface thereof, and has a pair of feed f-'), 57
In addition, 57B is a timing pulley with flanges or a timing pulley without flanges.

As explained above, according to one aspect of the present invention, a plurality of paper sheets received in a stacked state in a receiving section are fed in a predetermined direction by a feeding means, and the paper sheets that have been fed are taken out by a taking-out means. In the leaf take-out device, the paper sheets are taken out one by one by the separating means, and the paper sheets are separated one by one by the separating means. The structure has an eccentric rotating member and a fl end strip that is spanned between these eccentric rotating members and has a high friction member on its outer surface, and is designed to prevent buckling of one paper sheet. It is designed so that it can be fed into the extraction means while having a large contact area with other objects. Therefore, it is possible to provide a paper sheet take-out device that can reliably separate and take out even so-called limp and soft (wrinkly) paper sheets one by one.
