However, since there is more than one type of food to be delivered, it is difficult to separate the inside of the boxcar and provide appropriate air conditioning, resulting in increased costs, and ice is used to keep individual packages cold. In reality, dry ice is used. However, when the item to be kept cold is Western confectionery or ice cream, the carbon dioxide gas generated by the dry ice enters the air bubbles of the Western confectionery or ice cream, causing the confectionery or ice cream to lose its shape and further deteriorating its flavor.

That is, as shown in FIG. 6, various fresh sweets or prepared foods (hereinafter referred to as fresh sweets, etc. 2) produced and adjusted in the factory 1 are put into a box 3 either directly or via a cardboard box, and the stacked boxes 3 containing the fresh sweets, etc. 2 are stacked. Then, when loading the stacked boxes 4 into the boxcar 8 in required groups, a thin strip-shaped cold insulation mat 5 or a heat insulation mat (hereinafter both mats are collectively referred to as heat storage manod 7) is interposed inside the boxcar 8. , the fresh confectionery, etc. 2 in the multi-boxes are transported in sequence to the delivery destination store 91°9□...9n.

Structure of the Invention First, the heat storage mat 7 will be explained with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3. The heat storage mat 7 has a band-like shape in which individual single built-in bodies 10 each containing a heat medium 13° (to be described later) are continuous. The method of manufacturing the heat storage pine door is to stack two long aluminum foils or thin aluminum plates 11 with plastic lamination on both sides, heat press them to adhere them to each other, and then form them into a plurality of built-in bodies 10. For partitioning, the edges 12° between adjacent single-container bodies 10 are similarly fixed. At this time, in order to seal the heat medium 13'' into the hollow part 13, an opening is left on one side, and after filling, the opening is sealed.

As the heat medium 13° to be sealed, for example, if a refrigerant whose main component is carbonated water, which is liquid at room temperature and solid at low temperature and has a large latent heat of fusion, can be used as a cooling mat.
If oil or fat is used as the heat medium 13, it can be used as a heat retainer.

In addition, plastic sheet 14 is used as the outer skin of the cold storage pine door.
When using aluminum foil, heat transfer is poorer than that of aluminum foil, so it gradually becomes more effective in keeping the heat and cold.

Next, the delivery procedure for fresh sweets etc. 2 will be described with reference to FIGS. 4 to 6. First, fresh sweets etc. 2 are produced and adjusted at factory 1.
are arranged and stored in a packaging box 15 within the multi-layered box 3 shown in FIG. In the example shown in the figure, a cold insulating mat 5 is placed in the middle of two packaging boxes.
It can be inserted along the inner wall of the box 3 or placed in a suitable position inside the box 3. As soon as the cold foods are stored in the stacked boxes 3, the stacked boxes are stacked to form a stacked box group 4 as shown in FIG. The action continued, and multiple boxes were placed in a boxcar with no refrigeration equipment (murdered, and delivered to the store 95.9□
...91 and the necessary jubako 3 are delivered in sequence. Each store then takes back the empty boxes after they have been used. Note that when the refrigerated foods in the stacks N4 are of the same type, it is easier to keep the food uniformly cold between the upper and lower boxes 3 by using a stacking box 3 with ventilation holes on the bottom.

Effects According to the method of the present invention, there is no need for a vehicle having a cold or heat insulating film U1i, and it is highly flexible and can be used in a normal pan vehicle. The box can also be made of hard synthetic resin or the like by simply cutting multiple adjacent edges, and is therefore low cost.

Also jl! I? If you prepare several kinds of cold storage mats with different performances filled with refrigerants with different melting temperatures for many types of fresh sweets, etc. with different L sizes, you can easily store the cold items stored in the bag by simply using the appropriate one. It can be delivered with the same quality and flavor as when it was prepared, eliminating all the drawbacks of the conventional method.

In addition, the used cooling mats can be frozen at the factory and reused repeatedly, so you only need to prepare the amount that corresponds to the circulation cycle, which improves quality and streamlines the production and delivery of fresh sweets, etc. The contribution it makes is extremely large.

[Scope of Claims] A belt-shaped heat storage mat in which a heat medium mainly composed of carbonated water or a heat medium mainly composed of fats and oils is enclosed in multiple compartments is interposed within the inner periphery of the simple heat-insulated returnable multi-layered box to maintain an appropriate temperature. The fresh confectionery or prepared foods produced at the factory are stored in the multi-layered boxes, and the multi-layered multi-layered boxes are loaded onto a boxcar and sequentially delivered to a large number of food stores to be disposed of. A heat-retaining delivery method for fresh confectionery, etc., in which the next double box is sent back to the factory, the heat storage mat is regenerated, and the above-mentioned delivery process can be repeated.
