【発明の詳細な説明】 本発明は流し台等の組合せて使用する調理器の
キヤビネツトの構造の改良に関するものである。
従来この種のキヤビネツトは、外装鋼板の上板や
側板が別々の鋼板で構成され、内枠に上板や側板
をそれぞれスポツト溶接又はビス止めで固定し、
外装鋼板の表面を塗装していた。しかしこのよう
に外装鋼板の上板や側板が別々の鋼板で構成され
ているため、内側から内枠に上板や側板をスポツ
ト溶接するのが面倒で手間がかかり、さらに組立
て前または組立て後に外装鋼板を塗装するという
余分な作業も加わり、製造上非能率でかつ仕上が
りの外観も芳しくないという欠点があつた。

面から突出しないように形成されている。9は外
装鋼板6の前縁部で覆われる前枠で、第4図Aに
示すように鋼板の平面が凹部状に折曲され、この
凹部に複数のねじ穴7を有する前柱10と、鋼板
の平面外周が折曲されて複数のねじ穴7と補強部
11と、この補強部11に設けられた突出部12
を有する上桟13と、この上桟13と同形状に成
型され前面の補強部11に吸気口14が設けられ
た中桟15と、鋼板の平面外周が折曲されて補強
部11を有する底桟16とで構成されている。こ
の上桟13と中桟15と底桟16の補強部11と
突出部12は前柱10の凹部の背面に形成された
突部17にそれぞれ溶接されて固定されている。
18は前柱10の凹部に設けられた調理器2の係
止金具で、第6図に示す調理器2の側面に設けら
れた取付金具19と係合する。20は外装鋼板6
の両側面に設けられた把手、21は外装鋼板6の
後縁部で覆われる後枠で、この後枠の構成は鋼板
の平面が凹部状に折曲された後柱22と、鋼板の
平面外周が折曲されて補強部23が形成され、こ
の補強部23が後柱22の折曲面に係合する上桟
24と、この上桟24と同形状の中桟25と底桟
26とからなり、この上桟24、中桟25、底桟
26の補強部23がそれぞれ後柱22の折曲面に
溶接されて後枠21が形成される。27は第5図
に示す前枠9の中桟15と後枠21の中桟25に
係止されたレールで、第6図に示す調理器2の底
面に設けられたレール28と係合する。29は調
理器2の排気孔から導出された排気ガイドであ
る。このような構成においてコの字状に成型され
た外装鋼板6の前縁部で前枠9を、後縁部で後枠
21を覆い、前枠9の中桟15と後枠21の中桟
25にレール27を係止して、前枠9の周囲に設
けられたねじ穴7と対応する外装鋼板6のねじ穴
7を合せてビス止めを行う。なお前枠9や後枠2

を構成する器材の寸法、形状は同一なので加工も
組立作業も簡単になり製造上合理的である。
