- プローブ本体の先端に形成された球状部に、複
数の通孔が設けられるとともに、同通孔に嵌め込
まれた差圧計測素子が設けられて、同差圧計測素
子の裏面に対向する上記通孔内スペースが、上記
プローブ本体の外部スペースへ連通するように形
成されていることを特徴とする、流れ計測装置。
