Abstract

PURPOSE:To ewnable a high temperature thermal accumulation tank to be kept at a high temperature level by a method wherein a changeover of thermal medium such as air in the high temperature thermal accumulation tank and a low temperature thermal accumulation tank can be automatically performed without using any sensor or power. CONSTITUTION:In a thermal accumulation tank 1 of a double structure, a high temperature thermal accumulation tank 8 is arranged in it and a low temperature thermal accumulation tank 9 is arranged out of it, and at the same time a thermal medium flow duct 10 is connected to the low temperature thermal accumulation tank 9, and a heat pipe acting as a heat exchanger 12 for transporting heat of high temperature flowed into the low temperature thermal accumulation tank 9 to the high temperature thermal accumulation tank 8 is arranged between the low temperature thermal accumulation tank 9 and the high temperature thermal accumulation tank 8. As a result, the high temperature heat can automatically be transferred by the heat exchanger 12 without using any sensor or power for performing the relatave changeover between the high temperature thermal accumulation tank and the low temperature thermal accumulation tank and further the high temperature thermal accumulation tank can be maintained at a high temperature level.
