Claims (1)
- 一端に外側へ広がるフランジ部を、他端に内側
へ広がるフランジ部を形成した円筒形連結部材と
、該連結部材の内・外部に同心円状に配置した円
筒形圧電体とからなり、外側円筒形圧電体の一端
は前記連結部材の外側フランジ部に、内側円筒形
圧電体の一端は連結部材の内側フランジ部にそれ
ぞれ接合固定して、連結部材の内外部に位置する
円筒形圧電体の軸方向の変位または力が連結部材
を通して加算または伝達されるようにした圧電体
変位装置。
