示す系統図、第２図は本考案の装置の排ガスエコ
ノマイザにおける温度−回収熱量線図、第３図は
従来の排ガス排熱回収装置の概要を示す系統図、
第４図は従来の装置の排ガスエコノマイザにおけ
る温度−回収熱量線図である。 尚、図中の主要部の符号は次の通りである。１
……給水タンク、２……給水ポンプ、３……給水
加熱器、４……気水分離ドラム、５……循環ポン
プ、６……排ガスエコノマイザ、７……予熱部、
８……蒸発部、９……バイパスライン、１０……
温度制御弁、１１……温度検出器、１２…温度調
節計、Ａ……給水、Ｂ……循環水、Ｃ……排ガス
、Ｔｇ……排ガスエコノマイザにおける排ガス温
度、Ｔｗ……従来の装置の場合の循環水の予熱部
入口、Ｔ′ｗ……本考案の装置の場合の循環水の

Claims (1)

    【実用新案登録請求の範囲】
  1. 給水タンクから給水ポンプで圧送される給水と
    、気水分離ドラムから循環ポンプで圧送される循
    環水とが熱交換するための給水加熱器と、この給
    水加熱器を出た循環水がデイゼルエンジンの排ガ
    スと熱交換して、蒸気を発生させる予熱部と蒸発
    部とからなる排ガスエコノマイザで構成され、気
    水分離ドラムを出て、循環ポンプから給水加熱器
    、排ガスエコノマイザ内の予熱部および蒸発部を
    通つて、再び気水分離ドラムへ戻る循環ラインに
    、循環ポンプから給水加熱器に達する循環配管の
    途中で分岐し、予熱部から蒸発部に達する循環配
    管の途中で合流するバイパスラインを設け、温度
    制御装置に依り、このバイパスラインを流れる循
    環水量を調節して、循環水の予熱部入口温度を制
    御することを特徴とする、舶用デイゼルエンジン
    の排ガス排熱回収装置。
