DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to an upper body for mesh shoes. Conventionally, the upper bodies that make up this type of mesh shoes are cut from a wide original sheet made of thin string-like leather.
This was lined and the outer periphery was taped. With this type of leather strap, there is a large amount of loss due to cutting, and approximately 70 to 80 meters of leather strap material, including the lost portion, is required to make one armor body. Further, in the case of such a cutting means from the original fabric, there is a problem in that secondary processing is required on the inner and outer peripheral edges.

In order to eliminate this kind of loss of material, a method of using a wooden mold and stitching leather straps on the surface of the wooden mold is also used, but this method takes a very long time.
There are problems in that it is not suitable for mass production because it requires labor and hard training, and it is expensive and cannot be provided to the general public.

The present invention has been made in response to these circumstances, and uses a simple yet rational means. Specifically, at least the outer circumferential edge and inner circumferential edge (foot insertion part) of the armor body are made of braided cord members. The problems of the prior art are solved by forming a knitted fabric that is inserted and connected to both the knitted string members between the inner and outer circumferential knitted string members,
The purpose is to provide an armor body that does not cause loss of leather straps, etc., and is suitable for low-cost mass production.

Then, as shown in FIG. 2, a leather cord 2 is knitted in a spiral manner while passing the braided cord member 1 between the outer peripheral edge 1a and the inner peripheral edge 1b. A knitted fabric 4 is formed between the peripheral edges 1a and 1b of the inner and outer knitted string members 1 by weaving another leather strap 3 into this warp thread as shown in FIG.
The shell body A is obtained by forming the above. Also the first
As shown in the figure, a specially designed knitted fabric 4a may be formed on the front part of the armor body A, in this embodiment, in front of the designed knitted string member 1c. Sho knitted fabric 4, 4
Since the design of a changes depending on the knitting method, it is not limited to that shown in the examples. Further, the knitting means of the present invention has an outer peripheral edge 1a, an inner peripheral edge 1
b. The braided cord member 1c for design is fixed on a base plate (not shown) with nails or the like, and knitted as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 between the braided cord members 1 and 1c in this state. The knitted fabrics 4, 4a are formed by this method. The material of the braided string member may be any material such as leather, synthetic leather, or fiber material, and the outer circumferential edge 1a, inner circumferential edge 1b, braided string member 1c, knitted fabric 4a, etc. can be appropriately used on the back side to create a novel design. Since the present invention is configured as described above, there is no waste in the use of leather strap material compared to the conventional example using the original fabric cutting means, and the amount used is approximately
Approximately 50m is sufficient, allowing for a significant cost reduction. In addition, by using the braided cord on the back side, there is no confusion on the front side, especially when color combinations are used, compared to conventional front stitching, and various designs can be created freely. There are features that can be achieved. Moreover, compared to the conventional hand-knitting means, it is inexpensive and mass-producible, and has excellent features such as being able to provide mesh shoes with great durability due to the presence of the peripheral braided string member.
