面保護用塗料に関するものである。 The present invention improves these drawbacks and consists of (a) a resin component whose main component is polyvinyl butyral with a degree of polymerization of 250 to 800, and (b) an alcohol solvent and an ethylene glycol monoalkyl ether. one or more solvent components, and (c)
one or more plasticizer components selected from phthalic acid plasticizers and fatty acid plasticizers, and (d) general formula (In the formula, R represents an alkyl group having 10 to 18 carbon atoms)
The present invention relates to a surface protection paint characterized by containing a rust preventive component represented by:

This is because the viscosity of the paint becomes too high. In addition, if it is diluted to lower the viscosity, the coating film becomes thinner and difficult to peel off as a continuous coating film.

If it is less than 10 parts by weight, the effect of using the plasticizer is poor, and if it is more than 50 parts by weight, it has the disadvantage that the coating film becomes sticky.
溶媒成分の使用割合は樹脂成分100重量部当り

If it is too small, sufficient rust prevention effect cannot be obtained, while if it is too large, blooming phenomenon tends to occur and there is a risk of contaminating the surface of iron products.
