部2bを形成させ、上記第1下向き段部5b,5
bにより中間素材口頂面の内周部8を、第2下向
き段部2b,2bにより中間素材口頂面の外周部
10を形成させるようにしたから、その口頂面の
内外周縁にはそれ等キヤビテイ用凹部付き金型と
コア金型との合せ面が位置しないこととなり、従
つて上記口頂面の内外周縁部分にアールを形成さ
せてエツジの形成を防止させることが容易であ
り、上記金型合せ面にバリが生じたとしても、該
バリは壜口頸部の口頂面に形成されるため、該バ
リが指を傷つけるおそれが少い。更にキヤビテイ
