１は家屋の屋根パネル、９は外壁パネルであ
り、屋根パネル１側面から外壁パネル９上面にか
けて捨水切１０を張つて屋根パネル１と外壁パネ
ル９との間の隙間を塞いであり、捨水切１０の上
から外壁パネル９上面に張出し材２の基部を載置
し、張出し材２の水平下片１１を外壁パネル９上
面にボルト結合すると共に張出し材２の屋内側垂
直片１２を屋根パネル１側面にボルト結合し、こ
れによつて屋根パネル１と外壁パネル９とが張出
し材２により連結されると共に張出し材２が家屋
から屋外側へ突出させられる。１３は屋根パネル
１の上面縁部から外壁パネル９屋外面にかけて張
出し材２基部を覆うように屋根パネル１全長に亘
つて張られた水切材であり、張出し材２は水切材
１３を貫通して屋外側へ突出させられ、張出し材
２の水切材１３から突出した部分は筒状の水切カ
バー８により覆われている。４は手摺りパネル３
の屋内面下部及び下面を覆う水切板であり、上端
に水返し片１４を有し、水切板４には予じめ樋支
持具５が取着されている。水切板４を張られた手
摺りパネル３は張出し材２の先端にボルトで固定
され、複数本の張出し材２等によつて手摺りパネ
ル３は支持される。次に、樋支持具５に溝状の樋
６が嵌着され、手摺りパネル３の屋内面に沿つて
樋６が配設される。７は屋根パネル１上面の縁か
ら樋６内にかけて張られた水返し板であり、樋６
側の先端の垂下片１５は樋６内へ垂下させられ、
屋根パネル１側の端には水止め片１６が立設され
ていて樋６内へスムーズに雨水をガイドすると共
に跳ねた雨水等が屋根パネル１上面に流れ込まな
いようにしてある。最後に、水返し板７の上から
屋根パネル１の上にベランダ床１７が敷設され
