マーク6はすみ線7上に合つていても鋸刃4はす
み線7を切断していないという場合があり、すみ
追いマーク6を目印にしていたのでは被切断材料
をすみ線7に沿つて正確に切断できないという問
題があつた。一方、被切断材料を切断する際には
作業者は一般には7:3の割合で鋸刃4先端を注
視して切断するものであるが、鋸刃4の刃先をす
み線7に合わせて切断しようとすれば、被切断材
料の切粉がすみ線7上に集まつてすみ線7が見え
にくくなるという問題があつた。

が穿設してあり、ベース3の鋸刃突出孔5内縁に
は鋸刃4の切断方向前方にてすみ追いマーク6が
形成してある。すみ追いマーク6は第6図に示す
ように逆三角形状に形成してベース3の鋸刃突出
孔5内縁に突設し、すみ線7とすみ追いマーク6
の先端とを合わせて正確に切断できるようにして
ある。また、第7図及び第8図のように半円状又
は半四角形状のすみ追いマーク6を突設してその
中央部に突起マーク12を付けるようにしても良
い。このようにするとすみ追いマーク6の角で怪
我をすることがないものである。また第9図はベ
ース3の内縁を直角に切欠して形成したものであ
る。第4図中13はモータ1の駆動を鋸刃4に伝
えるギヤーボツクスであり、14は鋸刃固定フラ
ンジ、15はハンドル、16は電池9を収納して
本体ハウジング2内に取出し自在に挿入される電
池パツクである。

とができるために、すみ線が切粉で隠され難く使
い勝手が良いものであり、加えてすみ追いマーク
と鋸刃の先端との距離が短くなるために短い切断
材料でも正確に切断することができるものであ
る。
