(Prior art) Conventionally, a typical indentation type tonometer is one in which the reflected light from the depressor is received by a photodetector, and the amount of light detected by the photodetector gradually increases, causing the cornea to applanate. When it becomes like a plane mirror, the maximum amount of light finally reaches the photodetector, but the intraocular pressure value is converted based on the time (usually several milliseconds) until then, and the latter is Applanation f Apply pressure by bringing the IJ rhythm into contact with the cornea, and confirm the applanation state by matching the semicircle in the field of view of the slit microscope, and adjust the intraocular pressure by the degree of rotation of the dial at that time. The value dictated.

However, in any case, each time a measurement is completed, one must take one's eye off the microscope to read the displayed or instructed value, and then reattach the eye and move on to the next measurement. Troublesome operations such as focusing are required each time, and therefore, measurements often take a long time.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention is an attempt to improve the display or indication means of measured values in the conventional technology. You can perform continuous measurements without checking the displayed or indicated measurement values,
As a result, the present invention aims to provide an intraocular pressure measuring device that can efficiently measure a desired intraocular pressure value in a short period of time while minimizing pain to the subject.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In order to solve the above problems, the present invention provides an intraocular pressure measuring device configured so that each measurement is voice-synthesized. As a more specific aspect, in a digital display tonometer, a voice synthesizer number is assigned to the number of the intraocular pressure measurement value displayed on the digital display meter, and the measured value is displayed digitally. Accordingly, the measured value is expressed by voice synthesis. In addition, in a dial-indicating tonometer, the voltage value 'j (intraocular pressure measurement displayed after A/D conversion) is generated corresponding to the indicated position of the dial. A voice synthesis number is assigned to the value number, and as the digital measurement value is displayed, the measurement value is expressed by voice synthesis.

(Function) Even if the examiner is continuously looking into the microscope, each time a measurement is completed, the measured value is synthesized into voice so that the examiner can listen to it. There is no need to separate the device and check the digital display of the measured value or the dial instruction, which reduces the pain caused to the subject and allows accurate measured values to be obtained efficiently in a short time.

A digital display tonometer 1 with a microscope, which is one of the objects of the present invention, has a structure as shown in FIG. Objective lens 14
The light is focused on the surface of the cornea 150, reflected from the surface, passes through the objective lens 14 again, passes through the beam splitter 13 and telescope lens 16, and is reflected by the dichroic mirror 17 to the photoelectric element 18 that detects the reflected light. As the light enters, a portion of the light passes through the dichroic mirror 17 and reaches the examiner's eye 19.

The amount of reflected infrared light is gradually increased by the air pressure applied to the surface of the cornea 150, and the moment the cornea is applanated, it acts as a plane mirror, and the amount of light reaching the photoelectric element or the examiner's eye becomes maximum. Air No. 4 Luss is injected from a nozzle 22 because a piston 21 built in a cylinder 20 moves forward to the position indicated by the dashed-dotted line in the figure in conjunction with the irradiation of infrared rays.

Thus, in conventional equipment, the examiner has to take his/her eyes away from the microscope each time to confirm the intraocular pressure value displayed or indicated on the outside of the microscope. The inconveniences that inevitably arose have now been completely resolved.

If necessary, the sound is amplified by the microphone 4 so that the examiner can hear it.In addition, with the microscope-equipped dial indicator tonometer 101, the intraocular pressure value 102 is confirmed by matching the semicircle monthly salary. At this point, the examiner presses a button or the like to convert the voltage value 103i, which is generated corresponding to the indicated position of the dial at this time, to the digitally displayed intraocular pressure value 105, which is digitally displayed through A/D conversion 104. As the intraocular pressure value is displayed, the intraocular pressure value is displayed as voice synthesis 1.

(Effects of the Invention) The present invention is based on the above configuration, and since the measured intraocular pressure value is heard by the examiner through voice synthesis, the examiner can hear the measured intraocular pressure value through the microscope every time one measurement is completed. The problems with conventional devices include the hassle of focusing on the microscope after taking it off the camera to check the numerical value, unnecessary delays in measurement time, and decreased accuracy due to repeating measurements and readings alternately. It solves all the problems that occur during use, and is extremely useful when applied to other types of intraocular pressure measuring devices. Note that voice synthesis can also be used by restoring recorded data to obtain the average value, maximum value, minimum value, etc. of measured values.
