Description

【考案の詳細な説明】 この考案は、温度および湿度を測定するための
乾球湿球温度発信器(以下発信器という。)に関
するものである。

従来のこの種の発信器は、白金等の測温抵抗体
のようなセンサを2本用意し、1本は乾球、他の
1本はガーゼを巻いて水を供給して湿球とし、常
時通風用モータにて風を送り乾球温度および湿球
温度を測定し温湿度測定を行なつていた。この為
モータ取付部およびセンサ取付部が必要となり、
両者が一体構造の場合にしても分離できる構造と
なつている場合にしても同系統の材質で作られて
いた。ところが、通風用モータはどうしても発熱
を生じるため金属製であれば放熱は良いがセンサ
にまで熱が伝わり測定誤差を生じ、又、樹脂製で
あると熱は伝わりにくいが放熱が悪いため熱がこ
もつてしまいセンサ部の温度上昇を招きやはり測
定誤差を生じる欠点があつた。この為、モータ取
付部とセンサ取付部を離すようにすればよいので
あるが、これでは発信器全体の形状が大きくなつ
てしまい取り扱いが不便であつた。

For this reason, it would be possible to separate the motor mounting part and the sensor mounting part, but this would increase the size of the entire transmitter, making it inconvenient to handle.

付部を熱伝導率の良好な金属製とし、センサ取付
部を熱伝導率の悪い樹脂製とし、モータの発熱の
影響を除去するようにした乾湿球温度発信器を提
供することである。

等で固着された金属製のモータ取付板で、モータ
カバー1、モータ取付板2でモータ取付部を構成
し、いずれも熱伝導の良好なアルミダイカスト製
等の金属製である。4はモータ取付部の下部に設
けられた樹脂製の架台で樹脂製のセンサ保持部5
が取り付けられており、その前部には吸気口41
が設けられている。このセンサ保持部5には水平
方向に伸びた棒状の白金測温抵抗体よりなる乾球
温度測定用センサ61、湿球温度測定用温度セン
サ62が取り付けられている。これら架台4、セ
ンサ保持部5でセンサ取付部を構成し、いずれも
熱伝導の悪い樹脂製よりなつている。このセンサ
保持部の下部には樹脂製の水槽7が設けられてお
り、この水槽7内の水8に湿球温度測定用センサ
62に巻かれたガーゼ9の一端が浸されており、
常に湿球温度測定用センサ62が水にぬれた状態
となつている。
