Abstract

PURPOSE: To enhance separation efficiency while keeping a volume same, by forming a double cyclone by providing a partition wall part between inner and outer cylindrical part and the inverted conical shape part connecte thereto.
CONSTITUTION: Between an outside cyclone outer wall forming part 7, which consists of an outside cylindrical part 4 and an outside inverted conical shape part 5 having an exhaust port 6 provided to the top part thereof, and an inside cyclone outer wall forming part 12, which consists of an inside cylindrical part 9, an inside inverte conical shape part 10 and the liquid discharge pipe 11 extending to the discharge port 6, a cylindrical partition wall 13 and an extending part 14 are provided. Then, the liquid from a liquid introducing port 3 is revolved along the insides of the outside cylindrical pat 4 and the inverted conical part 5 by centrifugal force and a solid having high specific gravity is discharged from the discharge port 6 along with the liquid but a light solid rises along the inside cyclone 12 and passes between the partition wall 13 and the inside cylindrical part 9 while rotated to enter the inside cyclone 12 through a liquid passing port 8 and a hevier substance is issued from the pipe 11 while a lightest substance from a liquid discharge pipe 15.
