Abstract

PURPOSE:To carry photosensitive materials after correcting their bends so as to prevent the occurrence of troubles by providing a means which leads an exposed photosensitive material to a carrying system, a means which corrects the bend of the photosensitive material to its carried direction, and a means which sends the photosensitive material to an automatic developing device. CONSTITUTION:A pair of opposed carrying rollers 22 is provided as a means which corrects the bend of a sheet film to its carried direction. The rollers 22 are constituted in such a way that their both end sections are forced by springs, etc., and their surfaces of cylindrical parts are constituted in such a way that they can be allowed to contact with each other without slip. Moreover, the rollers 22 are driven by a motor Mo which is controlled by a control section not only in the direction shown by the arrow but also in the opposite direction, and rotated in the direction opposite to the film carrying direction for a fixed time after a sheet film F passes through a detector 13. The leading edge section of the sheet film F brought to the contacting section of the carrying rollers 22 is passed through the rollers 22 and discharged from the rollers in a bend-corrected attitude in the direction shown by the arrow.

In an exposure device such as an imaging camera or a chest autochanger, a cassette containing many sheets of photosensitive material is generally installed in the exposure device, and one sheet of photosensitive material is taken out from the cassette and exposed. After storing the loaded photosensitive material in the receive magazine, remove the receive magazine from the exposure device, and insert one sheet from the receive magazine into an automatic developing device installed in the darkroom, or automatically by using an auto feeder. The sheet photosensitive material is then inserted into the holder and the sheet photosensitive material is developed. This type of process requires a lot of time to transport the receive magazine containing the sheet photosensitive material to the automatic developing device, and it takes a lot of time from the end of exposure to the completion of development. A system has also emerged in which the exposure device and the automatic developing device are directly connected by a conveyor, so that the exposed sheet photosensitive material is immediately transported to the automatic developing device and developed. .

In a system in which an exposure device and an automatic developing device are connected by a conveying device, the exposed photosensitive material is conveyed and developed one by one. When connecting from an exposure device, the conveying device is branched, and the sheet photosensitive material is conveyed while changing direction and delivered to the automatic developing device, so the sheet photosensitive material may bend in the conveying direction. , when developing with an automatic developing device, corners of the photosensitive material often bend, and transportation defects often occur, resulting in accidents. The present invention uses a photosensitive material conveying device with a simple structure to prevent bending of the photosensitive material. The purpose is to modify and transport it.

The exposure device 10 forms a dark box, and the sheet film that has been photographed is guided from the exposure device 10 to a belt conveyor that is a transport system. In this embodiment, the sheet film is shielded from light in a cylindrical shape by a bellows 11, and the sheet film falls freely along a guide plate 12 provided inside the bellows 11, and is positioned on the belt conveyor field.

The belt conveyor rotates at a constant speed in the direction of the arrow and conveys the sheet film on the belt, but the fallen sheet film is generally bent on the belt conveyor field and is not positioned correctly in the conveying direction. If the sheet film is conveyed and developed in a crooked form, a conveyance failure may occur, and the corners of the sheet film may be bent, resulting in an accident. A counter conveying roller n is provided as a means for correcting the bending of the sheet film in the conveying direction.

There are fixed side guide plates on both sides of the belt conveyor to guide the sheet film F that has fallen in a bent position so that it does not protrude laterally from the belt conveyor rice field. The sheet film F, which has been conveyed while being guided from both sides, has its leading end passed through the opposing conveyance roller n.
It comes into contact with the clamping part. Generally, as shown in Fig. 2, for example, the sheet film F is conveyed through the belt conveyor in a bent position with respect to the conveyance direction, so that the leading corner of the sheet film F, which is the conveyed object, faces the opposite side. It comes into contact with the clamping part of the transport roller n. However, Beltfunpair (9
) The sheet film F on top is pushed in the direction of the arrow and rotates around the corner, and the front end surface of the sheet film F is positioned along the clamping part of the counter conveyance roller n, and the bend is corrected. It becomes a posture.

The counter conveyance roller n is operated at a preset time (Tl) after the detector 13 detects the passage of the sheet film F by the control unit shown in FIG. After a short period of time has elapsed since the posture was corrected, the rotation direction is switched from the anti-conveyance direction to the conveyance direction.

The front end surface of the sheet film r positioned along the clamping portion of the opposing conveyance roller n is preferentially clamped by the roller n, and is conveyed in the direction of the arrow in a straightened posture. After the sheet film F is conveyed out, the opposing conveyance roller n stops or switches to rotation in the opposite conveyance direction again.

There is a processing liquid tank in the automatic developing device, and the sheet film undergoes processing such as development and fixing while passing through the processing liquid. Therefore, the conveyance speed within the automatic developing device is generally slower than the previous conveying speed, so when a large number of sheet films are sent in a short period of time, the sheet film that exceeds the processing capacity between the automatic developing devices is temporarily It will be stocked in Akitomo 70.
