[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to a plate-shaped heat radiator for floor heating that eliminates the level difference in the top surface of the panels that occurs when planar rectangular panels are laid out on the floor for floor heating.

Conventionally, in order to eliminate such a difference in level, as shown in FIG. This was done by providing a strip 3 and fitting the two in a concave and convex manner. However, since the panel is heavy and has long sides, it has been difficult to fit the concaves and convexes together. Furthermore, the processing to create an uneven shape was difficult, and there was also a problem in terms of cost.

The present invention was devised in view of the above points, and will be explained below based on FIGS. 2 to 5. The planar rectangular panel 4 has a heat dissipating plate 5 made of galvanized steel plate whose circumferential edge has a U-shaped cross section. It is bent in the direction of the back side, and also forms an inclined side 5b downward from the end surface 5a by bending, and further continues with the inclined side 5b to form the upper surface 5.
A stepped portion 5c having a surface parallel to d is formed. A hot water pipe 6 is arranged in a meandering manner on the inner surface of the heat dissipation plate 5, and is attached with a heat transfer material 7 such as aluminum tape, with both ends positioned in the notch 8 provided at the diagonal corner of the panel 4. The tips of the hot water pipes 6 of the adjacent panels 4 are connected to each other by a joint 9 within the notch 8.

The opening formed by the periphery of the heat dissipation plate 5 that is folded back toward the back side is connected to the bottom plate 10 made of nylon nonwoven fabric.
A heat insulating layer 11 made of foamed hard urethane is provided between the heat dissipation plate 5 and the bottom plate 10 to form the panel 4.

When such panels 4 are placed side by side on the floor F,
For example, a level difference may occur between the upper surfaces of adjacent panels due to the thickness of the panel due to the joints 12 on the floor surface F or due to the expansion of the bottom plate 10 when foaming the heat insulating layer 11 of the panel.

For example, in Figure 2, if the left panel 4 has a higher seam than the right panel 4 due to the difference in panel thickness or the joint 12 on the floor, the metal adjusting plate 13 should be adjusted as shown in Figure 3. left panel 4
The screw 14 contacts the stepped portion 5c of the step portion 5c.
If the stepped portion 5c of the right panel 4 is placed on the adjustment plate 13 as shown in FIG. lose. That is, since the panel has some elasticity, it can absorb the protrusion caused by the joints in the floor surface, and can absorb the expansion of the bottom surface when the heat insulating layer 11 of the panel is foamed. Note that the gap formed by the inclined side 5b between the stepped portion 5c and the end face of the panel 4 can be used as a wiring portion 17 through which the temperature detection lead wire 16 is passed.

The present invention is as described above, and it is possible to adjust the surface positions of the upper surfaces of adjacent panels with a simple structure, and also to use the air gap formed by the sloped sides of the heat sink to connect the temperature sensing element of the panel. It can be used as a wiring part for passing lead wires.
