Abstract

PURPOSE:The titled bed material having high adhesion to cell, having a benzyl glutamate-containing amino acid copolymer on the surface. CONSTITUTION:Benzyl glutamate is copolymerized with an amino acid (e.g., methyl glutamate, etc.) in a molar ratio of 1:1 to give a benzyl glutamate- containing amino acid copolymer, which is molded into sheet, yarn, beads, hollow yarn, etc., or another material is molded into the aimed form and the copolymer is applied to the molded article to give the aimed bed material.

般に、動物細胞は浮遊状態では増殖せず、固体表面に付
着してのみ増殖する性質を有している。したがってその
ような細胞を培養するためには細胞を多量に付着する固
体、つまり床材が必要となる。

た後、その表面に本発明のグルタミン酸ベンジルを含む
アミノ酸共重合体を塗布して得る。

かるく洗浄し、皮膜上に付着している細胞の量を核染色
法により定量した。
