Abstract

PURPOSE: To make the processing time fast by calculating the position of the dislocation point of the binary coded signal by counting the clock on the basis of the start reference point of the scanning area, and providing a scanning area changing means and an object to be photographed shifting means.
CONSTITUTION: A work 16 is set on a supporting stand 17 and photographed by a TV camera. The video signal from the camera 18 is made binary by a video processing circuit 19, a binary signal calculates the position of the dislocation point to dislocate from a white level to a black level and the position of the dislocation to dislocate from a black level to a white level by counting the clock on the basis of the starting reference point of the scanning area, and the data are sent to a CPU 20. The CPU 20 judges the displacement of the work 16 by the data from the circuit 19, and controls a motor driving circuit 21 so that the work 16 can be shifted to the regular position. The circuit 21 drives a motor 22, shifts the supporting stand 17 in the X shaft direction, drives a motor 23, shifts the supporting stand 17 in the Y shaft direction and further, drives a motor 24, rotates the supporting stand 17 and shifts the work 16 to the stipulated position.
