Abstract

PURPOSE:To give versatility among kinds of machines by piping each of blocks like a vacant box, said blocks formed by a number of orthogonally arranged minute holes at a spacing based on the minimum dimension of a part and by partitions for preventing vacuum leak and arranged over the holes. CONSTITUTION:Vacuum inputted through a vacuum inlet 1 is inputted by vacuum separation hoses 3 to some blocks like vacant boxes constituted by partition plates 7. An etching plate 8 has a drilling dimensional pitch 15 made smaller than the minimum dimension of an electronic part 10 and holes 14 are cut so as to have dimensions smaller than the drilling dimensional pitch. The position in which the electronic part 10 is placed is changed from a number of the orthogonally arranged minute holes 14 and absorption from any position becomes to be enabled even when the position is different among various kinds of machines, enabling to intend versatility among the absorbing heads of the various kinds of machines.

ク毎に配管し、電子部品の装着位置が機種ごとに変わっ
ても対応可能なようになっている◎〔発明の実施例〕 次に図を参照して本発明の詳細な説明する。

て、吸着面を構成する板状部材に所定間隔を隔てて微小
孔を直交配列すると共に、該板状部材の微小孔を配列さ
れた吸着面を更に細かい区画に仕切り、各区画単位で独
立にバキューム源に接続して成り、前記微小孔ならびに
区画の各寸法を、吸着すべき電子部品の寸法に対して適
当に定めることにより、如何なる配列状況にある電子部
品をも、吸着可能にしたことを特徴とする電子部品の汎
用型バキュームヘッド。
