Abstract

PURPOSE:To decrease extremely a driving energy required for driving a rotary rack base by making the rotary rack base have a buoyancy, so that it is positioned on a liquid surface by maintaining a floating state, in a solar light generating device formed by loading a solar battery array on the rotary rack base. CONSTITUTION:A rotary rack base 2 is fitted loosely to a fixed shaft 1 through a cylindrical fitting part 5 which has been provided on the lower face of a revolving shaft 4, also contains a buoyancy bag and other buoyancy forming means in its inside, and floated on the water surface by maintaining its level. Also, on the upper face of the rotary rack base 2, and on the periphery of the rotary rack base concerned 2, plural solar battery arrays 6a- to be used for power generation, and a pair of solar battery arrays 7, 8 having a sensor function, and tracking driving mechanisms 11, 12 consisting of DC motors 9a, 9b and screws 10a, 10b are provided, respectively. These solar battery arrays 7, 8 are connected electrically to the DC motors 9a, 9b which have been place at the same side, respectively, and rotational force corresponding to electromotive forces A, B of the solar battery arrays 7, 8 are given to the screws 10a, 10b which have been connected to the DC motors concerned A, B.
