Abstract

PURPOSE:To enhance the workability by wiring the ends of a stator winding on a printed board, and exposing part of wirings on the board to integrally mold it, thereby connecting the lead wirings after molding. CONSTITUTION:After a stator winding 8 is wound on a stator core 6, the end of the winding 8 is connected with the connection unit 9 of a printed board 3 provided at the end of the stator core 6. The core 6, the winding 8 and the board 3 are integrally molded with resin to expose part of the wiring pattern 10 of the board 3 to form a stator of a molded motor. The leads may be connected at the exposed portion of the board 3 after molding steps. Thus, since the leads are not connected at molding time, the molding workability can be improved.
