DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The present invention is designed to treat fruits and vegetables that are particularly easily damaged.
The present invention relates to a packaging method that protects the product from impact, external pressure, etc. during transportation or loading/unloading from the time of harvest until it reaches the consumer, and also facilitates handling.

〔従来の技術〕[Conventional technology]

Conventionally, fruits and vegetables have generally been packed in bulk, as disclosed in, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publications No. 10284/1984 and No. 13488/1989.

However, in this packaging, the upper part of the fruit is exposed from the pack and is not protected, so if the fruit is stacked in multiple tiers during packaging, cover the exposed upper part with cushioning material such as sheet foam net. Since the product must be covered and packed in a box, the boxing work is complicated and labor-saving cannot be achieved.

Furthermore, each fruit size class includes 20 pieces, 23 pieces, and 2 pieces.
Since we use 48 to 10 types of packs, such as 5 packs, and auxiliary materials such as cushioning material and partition sheets to cover the top of the packs, a vast amount of space is required in the boxing workshop, and the management of the various auxiliary materials is complicated. It has the disadvantage that it requires a lot of manpower to store it and transport it to the boxer's hands.

In addition, high-grade fruits are stored in a cylindrical foamed polyethylene net commonly known as a fruit cap, as shown in Figure 1.
Some products are individually wrapped, but since they do not cover the entire outer surface of the fruit, they have the same drawbacks when used in combination with the above-mentioned packs.

Furthermore, there was no packaging form that could automatically pack these soft fruits into boxes.

The purpose of the present invention is to eliminate the drawbacks of conventional methods that require a wide variety of packaging materials, reduce packaging costs by creating a packaging form suitable for packaging automation, and reduce packaging costs for fruits and vegetables. To prevent bruises and abrasions even if the packaged item is rolled around or collided with it, it is protected by being completely wrapped in an anti-shock packaging material, and can be packaged in bulk in cardboard boxes, plastic containers, or returnable boxes. This was done to promote automation of the packaging process and improvement of distribution methods.

In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention has been developed by packaging objects such as fruits and side dishes by placing each fruit one by one into a cylindrical mesh cushioning material, that is, a rolled long cylindrical polyethylene foam net. The upper and lower sides of each item are squeezed to protect adjacent items from direct contact with each other, and a plurality of items are wrapped in a series of beads.

This cylindrical mesh cushioning material made by foaming polyethylene is a regular mesh bag that is not made of cushioning material (such as the ones sold at station kiosks that contain 5 to 6 mandarin oranges and are called Netron). It was invented with the focus on the fact that the material itself has more flexibility and can maintain its posture, making it easier to automatically package using a machine.

A long cylindrical mesh cushioning material (foamed polyethylene net) 2 of the packaging material is loaded into a flat plate in the same manner as, for example, a fire hose is rolled up and stored, and the end of the roll is set as the tip 201 to the pull-out device 4. The retraction roller 401 is used to engulf the area (Fig. 4). The tip 201 is pulled out from the retracting roller 401 through the welding cutting section 5, passing through the pulling roller 402, and reaching the length setting section 7. When the detecting device 701 catches this, each roller 401, 402 temporarily stops, and at the same time, the welding cutting device 501 starts. Working welding iron 50

When the packaging material 21 is completed in this manner, the rollers 401 and 402 are restarted, and the delivery roller 801 of the delivery device 8 passes the packaging material 21 through the truncated conical guide 802. On the other hand, the subsequent cut mesh cushioning material 2
is pulled out again until its tip is caught by the detection device 701, and the same operation as described above is repeated.

The packaging material 21 is transferred to the truncated conical guide 8 by the delivery roller 801.
02, the unique elasticity of the net-like cushioning material (foamed polyethylene net) works well on the truncated conical guide 802, forming a cylindrical shape, and it is sent out independently into the air, making a turn northward.
