Claims (1)
一端が接続されたロープ体と、該甲板に水平方向
のまわりに揺動可能に一端が接続されかつ該ロー
プ体の他端が接続された上部本体と、該上部本体
の他端に水平方向のまわりに揺動可能に接続され
た下部本体と、該上部本体と該下部本体との相対
的角度を検出する手段と、該検出された角度に基
づき該ウインチを制御する手段とを有してなるこ
