湿フイルムとの間に２００μｍ以下の厚みのガラ
ス板を介置せしめたことを特徴とするＥＬ素子。 (2) 前記ガラス板は前記透明電極へ熱可塑性の
樹脂フイルム又は樹脂層を介して熱圧着せしめら
れていることを特徴とする実用新案登録請求の範
