本考案は、サツシ改造アタツチメント装置に関

を提供することを目的とし、そこで、本考案の特
徴とする処は、木造納まり用サツシを軽量気泡コ
ンクリート納まり用サツシに改造するアタツチメ
ント装置であつて、上記木造納まり用サツシの上
枠又は左右堅枠に突設された釘打フインに外嵌さ
れる嵌込溝を設け、この嵌込溝を形成する略コの
字型の連結部の屋外鉛直面の内面に凹溝を設け
て、該凹溝に、上記釘打フインの外面に接するシ
ール部材を、取付け、かつ、上記連結部の屋内鉛
直面にはねじ孔を貫設して、上記釘打フインの内
面に接して押圧するビスを螺進退自在に螺着し、
該釘打フインを上記嵌込溝内に内外方向に余裕調
整代をもつて差込み、該釘打フインを内外両方向
から、ビス及びシール部材にて、挾着状に保持
し、さらに、軽量気泡コンクリートパネルの開口
部内面との間にコーキング用ポケツトを形成する

用出来るようになり、その実用的効果は著大であ
るといえる。即ち、新たに押出金型を製作する必
要がなくなり、多くの機能・用途に応じた型式の
ALC納まり用サツシが安価に得られると共に、
在庫管理が容易となる。さらに、ビス等が外から
全く見えない構成とすることが出来て、外観意匠
が優れたALC用サツシとなり、また、シール部
材11及びコーキング18にて、確実に雨水の浸
入を防止出来た。特に、釘打フイン5を嵌込溝9
内に内外方向に余裕調整代をもつて差込み、釘打
フイン5を内外両方向から、ビス15及びシール
部材11にて挾着状に保持する構造であるから、
次のような著大な効果を奏する。即ち、木造納
まり用サツシに確実に連結され、しかも、型材の
曲がりや変形が存在する場合にも、嵌込溝9内に
釘打フイン5を楽に差込むことが出来、その後、
ビス15を螺進して、確実かつ強固に連結可能で
ある。雨水の浸入は極めて完全に防止出来る。
ビス15は外部から全く見えない。連結組立
